Great place, local, calm area

This place is great. The owner and staff are so nice and helpful with everything we needed. Could not ask for a better host.

Good for one night !

It was a well-located and spacious place, close to the beach and central spots in Ksamil. It was very clean and provided everything needed for a pleasant stay!

Everything was going perfectly until I noticed a few issues with the place. The TV didn’t work, the toilet seat was completely broken and just placed on top, and you could hear absolutely everything — the rooms are right next to each other, which made it really hard to sleep. I could hear people using the bathroom or even snoring! It wasn’t the best experience, and to top it off, they only accepted cash payments.

Wonderful! very good and quiet accommodation for the price

very happy with our vacation at Blue Season. We received a clean room with new furniture, with almost everything you need in the kitchenette. wifi and tv with access to netflix. The owner was a pleasant host. I highly recommend!

Value for money, ideal location, great host

Ideal location with beach and restraunts within 10 min walk. Room was very comfortable and had good facilities. Host was very nice and went above and beyond to make our stay great!

Fabulous!

The location was fantastic. The room was clean, spacious, had a cute kitchenette, bed was super comfortable, hosts were lovely & super accomodating. There were also very cute kittens at the residence which I had fun playing with! Highly recommend staying here!

The only issue was that the window in the bathroom needs some fly wire as it was letting mosquitos into the room which I didn’t realise until my final night (and after a number of bites) I’m sure they’ll address this in time as finishing touches to building were being completed

The owners were fantastic and extremely helpful. Short walk to everything you need, beaches, restaurants and shops. Bed was comfortable and room is a good size.

The host is kind and hospitable. The accommodation is clean, equipped with all necessary things for a stay. There is a large parking lot in front of the house. Easy access to all major roads. It is quiet for sleeping, there is no noise or loud music. All famous beaches are within a 5-10 minute walk. You can reach the nearest beach in 3 minutes. 5 min walk to the nearest store.

Small tv screen. I didn't even turn it on for 7 days. Everything is great .

the property is in a great location, 4 minutes walk from paradise beach and 10 minutes walk from the centre the facilities are great, it was well maintained and clean and modern. the hosts were extremely kind and friendly and always helpful. would definitely recommend, will definitely stay again

Two bedroom apartment is not two bedroom!!

Good location just 5 minutes to beach but outside of noisy area, clean, new, thet let us checkout 1 hour later

Unfortunately I have to give 5 because there were few issues with this accomodation - i was very happy to see that they have two bedroom apartment for good price so after days of traveling with friend we would have finally separate rooms. Unfortunately two bedroom apartment is just NOT two bedroom - there was one bedroom and then two beds in kitchen area. Person who did checkin with us just didnt care and had no intention to solve the situation or at least apologize. Also closet was full of clothes for some reason so we had no place to put and hang our clothes. Wifi was not working at checkin but they solved it later

Nice appartment with everything you need for a relaxed stay, enough privacy, nice terrace.

The road to the appartment is a little bit tricky, you need a gps to find it. The shower has no curtain, just a small part is covered with a glass, so the bathroom gets wet.

Really close to the beach and great experience with no problems overall

Considering the price, everything was very nice and new, just like on the pictures. The hosts were very accommodating and nice, and even helped us get around!

The markets were not too close, but the hosts always offered to take us by car. Everything else was perfect!

Everything was great. The apartment was very clean. Location is perfect, about 300m to the beach. Hosts are very polite and welcoming. In apartment is everything that you need for cooking, but there are plenty of affordable restaurants.

Тихий затишний район з чудовим розташуванням. Пляж 5 хв, прогулянкова зона та маркети/ресторани в пішій зоні. Красивий сад, чудові апартаменти з всіма зручностями, все практично нове.

Trotzdem für die Top Lage und preislich weiterzuempfehlen

Top Lage, geräumige Wohnung, unkomplizierter Check in und ein früherer Check in war möglich. Altin war super freundlich und haben frische Handtücher ohne Aufpreis erhalten.

Die Küche benötigt eine bessere Ausstattung. Persönlich war die Küche nicht sauber und ausgestattet genug für einen Aufenthalt von einer Woche.

Wspaniali sympatyczni właściciele, bardzo rodzinna atmosfera, cudowny kot właścicieli, który umilał nam czas na tarasie :) blisko plaż i restauracji, ale na uboczu, dzięki czemu było cicho i spokojnie. Czyściutkie pokoje, wygodne. Parking przy budynku.

Дуже чисто, прибирають кожні три дні, міняють рушники/постіль. Дуже приємні господарі, помогли добратись

Немає базових продуктів типу спецій, олії, цукру, які не купиш сам, бо не використаєш таку кількість за відпочинок. У ванній кімнаті не працює витяжка, це дуже погано, бо кімната маленька та без вікна.

Fijn verblijf!

Ligging en hygiëne! Loopafstand verschillende stranden en restaurants. Minimarket om de hoek. Ligging is zo fijn, je zit net buiten de drukte maar toch alles op loopafstand. Eigenaar dacht met alles mee.

Badkamer! Klein en na het douchen werd alles nat! We vroegen om een trekker en die kregen we ook gelijk.

Condiții de cazare foarte bune, aer condiționat în fiecare cameră, totul nou, inclusiv mobilier baie și bucătărie. TV cu acces Netflix și YouTube. Comunicarea cu proprietarul excelenta. Recomandam din suflet.

Perfecte plek voor een comfortabele vakantie!

De ligging! Dicht bij verschillende stranden en niet in de drukte van het centrum. Veel ruimte bij het huis om te zitten. Heel geschikte gezinslokatie!! Superschoon en elke derde dag wordt alles schoongemaakt!! Linnengoed ruikt heerlijk en is van goede kwaliteit. De hosts zijn supervriendelijk en hulpvaardig. De accommodatie is netjes, heerlijke douche. Erg snelle communicatie.
