We will definitely come back for a bigger period! Big, cosy and super clean apartment. Excellent location in quiet neighborhood and the beach is only a few steps away. The private parking spot is a big plus, too.

Saubere Unterkunft mit freundlichen Gastgebern, aber einige Enttäuschungen

Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und die Übergabe verlief völlig unkompliziert. Auch die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit – das hat uns wirklich positiv aufgefallen. Die Lage ist grundsätzlich gut, man ist schnell am Strand und mitten im Ort.

Leider gab es aber mehrere Punkte, die uns enttäuscht haben. Direkt neben der Unterkunft wurde ein Restaurant gebaut, sodass der angegebene Meerblick nicht mehr wirklich vorhanden ist. Auch der Garten, der in der Beschreibung erwähnt war, existiert so nicht – es gibt lediglich eine Terrasse. Zudem stimmte die Lageangabe bei Booking.com nicht mit der tatsächlichen Position überein. Die Unterkunft liegt zentraler in Ksamil, während wir eigentlich weiter im Süden sein wollten, wo die Strände ruhiger sind. Die Wohnung war recht hellhörig – wir haben die Nachbarn über uns deutlich gehört, selbst Gespräche und das Öffnen von Schubladen, was das Einschlafen mit Kleinkind erschwert hat. In der Nebensaison war es außerdem recht kühl, und es gab keine Möglichkeit zu heizen, da die Klimaanlage nicht auf Warmbetrieb gestellt werden konnte. Die Ausstattung entsprach leider nicht der als „luxuriös“ beworbenen Beschreibung. Die Küche war klein und nur einfach ausgestattet, es fehlte zum Beispiel eine Kaffeemaschine. Beide Badezimmer waren zwar praktisch, aber nach dem Duschen war jeweils der gesamte Boden nass, da die Dusche offen gestaltet war. Außerdem tropfte der Wasserboiler, und die Toilettendeckel waren von minderwertiger Qualität – bei einer musste der Deckel mit einem Schwamm gestützt werden, und bei dem anderen Deckel ist bei der ersten Nutzung der Klodeckel sogar direkt kaputtgegangen. Auch die Bettdecken waren sehr dünn, was in der kühleren Nebensaison etwas unangenehm war. Insgesamt fanden wir den Preis für die gebotene Ausstattung und Lage etwas zu hoch. Von unseren sechs Unterkünften in Albanien war dies leider die schwächste.

Emplacement idéal à Ksamil

Excellent emplacement à Ksamil . Proche de la plage et de nombreux commerces et restaurants (pas de nuisances sonores). L’appartement est très bien équipé. La place de parking (devant la maison sur la pelouse) est un vrai atout (très difficile de se garer à Ksamil). Le contact était très fluide avec l’hôte. Merci à lui et à son papa qui a joué les intermédiaires.

Rien à reprocher à l’hôte ou a l’appartement . Les plages à proximité sont payantes (20€ pour 2 transats par jour). La proximité de l’appartement permet de faire des aller-retour à la mer rapide sans être obligé de s’installer sur la plage (petit espace gratuit à l’entrée de la plage à gauche )

Parfait pour un séjour entre copines

Emplacement super pour des adultes, à 2 pas de la plage, proche de tout mais sans l’effervescence du centre ville Logement voisin d’un restaurant, un peu bruyant en soirée avec de jeunes enfants ATTENTION IL FAUT RÉGLER EN CASH !!!!

UN VIAJE INOLVIDABLE

La ubicación es perfecta, la casa estaba impecable, las camas y las almohadas súper cómodas, el checking perfecto, la comunicación con Ronaldo, el propietario excelente….. Están todos los beach club súper cerca, pero sin llegar a ser ruidoso. la casa tiene aire acondicionado. Y tiene un terrenito para dejar el coche súper importante en esa zona.
