Had a great stay, everything was better than I expected

We had an amazing stay at this house in Ksamil! The property is surrounded by beautiful gardening that gives the whole place such a calm and refreshing atmosphere. Everything was incredibly clean, well maintained, and clearly cared for with love. 👏🤗 One of our favourite moments was using the barbecue area — we had a fantastic evening grilling and enjoying great food with friends. The whole place has such positive vibes; it felt comfortable and welcoming from the moment we arrived. The location is also perfect: close to the beaches, restaurants, and all the main attractions in Ksamil, yet still quiet enough to relax. I'll be back for sure☺️

Horendous!

The garden and the house from outside looked nice, all becomes unrelevant when you step in the house.

Its an absolute disgrace this place is being rented. We spent almost 2 weeks in Albania, this appartement was 1 of the more expensive ones and the only terrible one. Its an old house, renovated with very cheap furniture. Literally every bed is falling apart. You cant lay straight on your bed. Either the matras is plumbed in the middle, or the bed is falling apart and the matras is going down on the sides. This house has a very serious problem with moist. It has mold everywhere and a terrible smell. All the furniture is being affected by it as wood extends / bows. No dore is closable easy. You either cant close it at all or you have to kick it. See my pictures and you will understand everything. Dont bother going to ksamil anyway, its the most overhyped place on the world. Albania has much nicer places and beaches. Its made for simple souls who only want to drink and take selfies all day long.

Never AGAIN !

Nothing about this property

Host, cleaning lady or whatever it was, was sitting all time during our stay on the garden and screaming and calling by phone. She was founded in our property always when we arrived from the beach. There was no water, electricity and she says she want to clean, but nothing was clean. That was terrible stay

DIe Lage des Gebäudes war gut und zentral

Die Türe zu einem Schlafzimmer ließ sich nicht schließen, weil sie verzogen war. Das Badezimmer ist sehr klein. Wir haben die Vermieter nie gesehen, die Kommunikation fand nur über eine App statt. Die Vermieter weigern sich eine Zahlungsbestätigung oder eine Rechnung zu übermitteln. Das Haus war viel zu teuer für den Standard, den es geboten hat.
