Nice apartment, nice owner, nice position, good price
Evrin and his mum are very very friendly and helpful, we felt like in a family. Big room, good position, apartment is quite new, nice view, nice balcony. Very recommended. Evrin replays immediately to any question or message, he speaks good English

Mare bello, contesto urbanistico da migliorare
Posizione non centralissima ma comoda per non essere in piena confusione dovuta dalla musica alta tenuta dai locali fino a tarda notte, oltre agli schiamazzi dei giovani e alle auto che sfrecciano ad alta velocità.

Logement insuffisamment climatisé en plein été mais confortable et très propre
L’hébergement est situé dans un petit ensemble d’hébergements du même type dans une zone sur les hauteurs de Ksamil un peu en retrait de la zone la plus touristique donc plus calme. Le logement se compose d’une chambre avec un lit double, une salle de douche et une chambre / cuisine avec deux lits simples, un réfrigérateur et une kitchenette. Le personnel de l’accueil est très sympathique. Deux lave-linge sont accessibles. L’hébergement est très bien situé pour faire la visite du superbe parc archéologique de Butrint. Mais il est un peu trop loin des plages pour s’y rendre à pieds, lorsqu’il fait très chaud, et du fait d’une forte pente pour le chemin du retour.
Le fait qu’il y ait la climatisation uniquement dans une chambre est insuffisant. Il y a un ventilateur dans l’autre pièce et un autre ventilateur nous a été prêté mais les conditions n’étaient pas idéales pour dormir.

Apartament bardzo czysty. Pościel hialuronowa, ręczniki wymiana co 3 dni. W kuchni najpotrzebniejsze artykuły gospodarstwa domowego. Parking za bramą. Wyposażenie dodatkowo suszarka i na dole pralka. Bardzo miła właścicielka . Z okien widzisz zieleń . A słyszysz ciszę lub kozy i osły- ma to swój urok 💕
Niestety w jednym pomieszczeniu brak klimatyzacji , tylko wiatrak. Niestety przy upale takie rozwiązanie to tragedia w nocy! Dodatkowo obiekt znajduje się na wzgórzu, dojście jest pod górkę z nachyleniem prawie 90 stopni!
