It’s comfortable and new, and well located. But it’s too noisy and owners not so kind.

Here’s a more natural and polished version of your review: The apartment is very noisy at night. There are several restaurants and bars nearby, and the noise continues well past midnight. We were traveling with a baby, so it wasn’t a good place if you’re looking for a quiet stay or a good night’s sleep. We checked out of the room before the official checkout time to have breakfast, but while we were out, my baby had a dirty diaper and needed to be changed. Although the owners had already entered the room, they hadn’t started cleaning it—they had only removed the mattress. I asked if I could briefly go in to use the bathroom to change my baby’s diaper, but they refused. I found this unnecessary and lacking in basic kindness. Overall, I didn’t find the owners to be particularly friendly or accommodating.
