Great place, good location, very nice owners

The place is new, everything is clean and well functioning. The owner is an extremely nice guy, and he speaks very well English. First night we had a little accident with our 3 year old and he drove us to Saranda and stayed all the way at the hospital, arranged everything. It was great to feel safe as a foreigner in a hospital with him… In other issues as well they were very helpful, his mom offered us fruits from the garden, etc… They are a very kind family.

The only issue was with us that we were a large group with lots of teenagers who are a bit loud. In this apartment you need to be quiet after midnight because the neighbors are making trouble if you are sitting outside talking late at night. But if you’re a normal family, not a group of 15 people, there shouldn’t be any problems :)

Nice appartment and helpful host

We stayed at Kela’s place with my family at begining of July and had great experience there. The apartment is located on a quiet side street, but it’s possible to walk to the center of town with shops, restaurants and beach bars in less than 5 minutes. There is a terrace, so you get to sit and watch the sunset or have dinner. Kela is a great host. She is very nice, easy to talk to and very friendly when she welcomed us. She also assisted us with sending a forgotten item, for which we are very grateful.

Lovely place to stay.

A very nice place. The room was very clean and tidy, beds were comfortable as well. The kitchen was well equipped and air conditioning was working properly. Very communicative and friendly host.

The internet wasn't as good as expected, a bit slow but still fine.

Very comfortable, spacious and perfectly clean. On the apartment you can find everything you need to cook a meal. Apartment is located in a quiet area, 10 min walk to Ksamil center. Kela (the owner) is really nice and helpful.

A quaint and high quality place to relax in Ksamil!

The flat is huge and very high quality overall, making the stay a pleasure. The water is warm, the shower has a great standard and the surroundings are usually very quiet. All one needs for a relaxing time is available, including a washing machine and insect repellant devices. The beds are very comfortable and the internet is faster than in most places in Albania. There's a lovely balcony where you can have breakfast.

It's still 10 minutes to the beach if that's where you want to be; please make arrangements for your check-in/out to speed things up (as the hosts aren't always on the premises) and one morning, the cleaning service started before my alarm went off, spoiling a bit the morning. The view from my flat was a bit dull.

We had really good experience ! The appartament is really great and very clean with very big space and it’s like 400 meters from the beach ! The staff is so kind and lovely ! Perfect place for vacation. Thank you Kela🙂

It was amazing stay in Villa Kela. Big parking. Very clean and spacious room. The cleanest linens and towels. Large refrigerator. Washing machine. Extremely friendly hosts. The villa is not on the first line. 10-15 minutes walk to the central beach. Nearby there is a very decent and not expensive restaurant where you can order food with you and dine in the villa. Good internet. Grill. We were very satisfied. Thank you guys for such a wonderful vacation!
