Wonderful property

The property was very comfortable, this is the first property that i found in Ksamil with all comforts for a family holiday. The property is equipped with washing machine, dish washer , hair dryer, iron to press your clothes, functional kitchen, all equipped with plates ,,pans cutlery, cooker....microwave..... Very comfortable spacious and clean bedrooms, dining aeria, sitting aeria,,parking near our balcony, situated in center. The shower is great , in fact there are two bathrooms both with showers. .The property is clean ,,has air condition, the owners live nearby and are vert helpful. The garden is beautiful as well.

To be honest it is all fine ,but if I have to fill the box , television seemed working only on you tube however we wemt there for the beach so didn't really have time to watch it .

Although the apartment's location was great, our experience was marred by communication issues, cleanliness concerns

The location was a standout feature, being conveniently close to both the beaches and the town center.

While the apartment was generally clean, we noticed stains on the sheets and towels. Communication with the hostess was challenging due to her limited English proficiency. Throughout our stay, there were issues like a malfunctioning toilet and strange noises from various appliances. Additionally, there was a lack of basic amenities such as soap, which was unexpected. The Wi-Fi was available but its poor quality rendered it practically unusable.

Lindo lugar - Buena relación precio-calidad

Excelente ubicación, cerca de las playas y del centro nocturno pero es un lugar muy tranquilo. El piso está en buenas condiciones, la limpieza es óptima.

El piso tiene comodidades idealmente para 6 personas (6 camas). Los sillones no son cómodos para dormir y están ubicados en la cocina-living, unica dependencia sin acondicionador de aire. Los elementos para cocinar son pocos, no hay fuentes ni contenedores herméticos.
