Great location but overpriced and under equipped.

Property is located at the end of one of the main strips of Ksamil and close to plenty of restaurant and bars. It has a fantastic balcony area and good sized living/kitchen space.

For the price, the apartment was woefully under equipped for cooking or preparing food. Equally, the main bathroom is a handheld shower head and all the taps were broken so that you were hit with water. The aircon was a little weak as well. The location all means that it is very loud every night until 12pm due to the local bars. As with everything in Ksamil, mediocre facilitates for over inflated price.

Dreamy pink house

The host is very nice and extremely helpful. The accommodation is clean and nice, loved the huge balcony where you can relax and enjoy the view. The location is very convenient, there is a supermarket just around the corner, plenty of restaurants and the beach is nearby.

The air conditioner is only in the living room, therefore it could get quite hot in the bedroom. Also, you need to always pour out the water from the air conditioner's tank, if not, the water starts to leak from the air conditioner itself 😆 In my case, it happened at night. 😁 But I got it sorted! There was also some water leaking from the fridge, I think the door just do not shut properly and something starts to melt (this is fixable, I think) Lastly, perhaps not the best place for light sleepers, as Ksamil is a popular tourist/party place and it can get a bit loud :) Though, I slept perfectly! Overall, a very nice place to stay for a few days!

Tellement de touristes qu ils ne se prennent pas la tête.Ils savent que ce sera loué quand même.

L emplacement, l établissement est bien situé.

Ils ont mis 3 lits simples dans la cuisine/salle à manger pour optimiser le rendement .L un des matelas est percé par un ressort . La climatisation est bruyante et peu efficace . Côté cuisine : C est presque impossible de faire bouillir de l eau ,la plaque chauffante est H.S. De toutes façons ,il n y a presque aucun ustensile(1 poêle et 2 casseroles pas adaptés à la table de cuisson )pas assez de couverts ,pas de planche à découper ( j en ai acheter une ,ainsi qu un couteau de cuisine),la galère pour cuisiner. Salle de bain et toilette à refaire ,fuite d eau . Pour la chambre ,il n y a qu un ventilateur bruyant( dur de dormir quand il est en fonction),pas de climatisation. Cela manque de meubles pour poser ces affaires. Le bar juste à côté balance du son jusqu a minuit . J explique tout ça car je suis parti en famille et ce n est pas spécialement ce à quoi je m attendais. Pour des jeunes fetards ,ça pourrait convenir. Pour 6 nuits ,pour 5 , on a payé 777euros . .

Très bon emplacement, pour le reste: passable pour court séjour

L’emplacement est idéal nous avons tout fait à pieds, logement très grand, frigo et climatisation fonctionnels. Wifi ok.

Les ressorts des matelas qui sortaient sur les côtés, les portes qui claquaient facilement (pas de joints), propreté relative (insecte mort trouvé dans la cuisine et saletés sous les lits). Salle de bain catastrophique, écoulement insuffisant, l’eau coule toute seule donc le sol est tout le temps mouillé et ça glisse beaucoup, les enfants sont tombés plusieurs fois. L’odeur de moisi dès l’entrée dans la chambre, produits de bain annoncés: 2 petits savons solides et bouteille de produit de douche vide. Le lavabo qui bouge dès qu’on le touche. Aucune prise n’était vraiment fonctionnelle (dès que le câble bougeait l’appareil se déconnectait)

Posizione PAZZESCA ✨

Sicuramente super posizione. Idea per tutte le zone di mare. Molti lidi nelle vicinanze a piedi. E nelle vicinanze anche l unica spiaggia gratuita di Ksamil. Per il resto tantissimi lidi a pagamento vicinissimi. Uno più bello del altro. Tantissimi pub con musica e ristoranti proprio dietro angolo. La casa era ottima. Pulita. Attrezzata. Mi hanno dato la possibilità di mettere auto dentro il parcheggio della casa gratuitamente. I padroni di casa super gentili, mi hanno subito consigliato i migliori ristoranti in zona e ciò che serviva.

Ho scoperto più tardi… che per avere l acqua calda della doccia bisognava aprire l acqua del lavandino. 😅 ho dovuto fare doccia fretta, ma faceva caldo , quindi è andata bene 😂

Centraal gelegen appartement met vriendelijke host

De ligging, de host, het balkon en de beschikking over een keuken. De ligging is centraal en toch rustig met een kerkje achter het gebouw. Je kunt het verblijf met pinpas betalen. Heel fijn!

Het parkeren is iets wat ingewikkeld omdat er auto’s voor elkaar geparkeerd staan waardoor je soms niet weg kan. De host doet erg zijn best om dit voor je op te lossen.

Хороше розташування. Дуже зручний паркінг. Прекрасні господарі, які відповідали на всі питання, постійно були на звʼязку, допомагали з вирішенням всіх наших побажань. Дуже добрі, позитивні, радісні спогади лишаються про це місце і про прекрасну Албанію! В таку країну хочеться повертатись знову і знову. Дуже хороші люди в цій країні. Дякуємо за гостинність!
