Clean and spacious but overpriced

The lady host is superb and the location is great. Just a 10 minutes walk downhill to the beach. The villa is very clean and spacious. Parking on the grounds and 5 minutes walk downhill to supermarket.

In the bedroom with double bed the airconditioner was leaking water in the room. We could not use it. The small reading lights above the bed in the bedroom with two beds did not work. The remote of the airconditioner in the livingroom was broken, needed a chair to switch it on or off. The drying rack outside was partly damaged. The garden looked poor, not at all cosy to sit. The villa needs to be upgraded. For 180 euro per night you expect an accommodation in splendid condition. Mentioned the shortcomings to the owner via the booking app, no answer. The nice lady host came by after my message to the owners was sent, we were honest to her but she was not able to do anything but listen.

Wonderful stay!

We had easy contact with the owners and a lovely welcome by Festa! The house is very well located in Ksamil, lots of beaches and restaurants at walking distance, while the place is still quiet. Nice spaceous rooms, comfortable sofa and very nice terrace with sea view. The house was very clean! Highly recommended!

Maybe to have hooks for towels in the bathroom. Also no dark curtains in case you’re sensitive to the morning light.

Amazing experience and great people

The villa was amazing. It was absolutely like the pictures, it was clean, full equipped kitchen, powerful air conditioning, comfortable beds and a lot of space inside the house and outside in the garden.

Exceptional

I think it is a best accomodation in Ksamil - new, modern, big, luxurios and with the garden and privacy (no neighbours!). You can pay also with card, because check-in goes through reception of hotel siars. I think they should charge 2 times more big price for such level of accomodation. For example the appartments in the villa nearby cost same price per nite, but it is old and bad.

Чудесно бижу в Ксамил. Прекрасно разположение, близо до всеки от хубавите плажа на Ксамил. Уютно, чисто, безупречно, приятна комуникация с дамата ангажирана с менажирането на вилата. Всичко необходимо има на разположение на гостите, прибори, посуда, всички възможни електроуреди, голям хладилник с фризерна част, удобни легла, холната част е разкошна. Надявам се да имаме възможност да се върнем отново! Пожелаваме на стопаните да запазят този начин на обслужване и за в бъдеще! В наше лице имате свои приятели завинаги!

Розташування досить близьке до місцевого пляжу, але сам Ксаміль -це супер шумне місце...дистокеки стихали біля 12ї..

вілла не дешева як для порівняннямим з іншимми -але всі зручності були присутні

Konumu manzarası temizlik çalışanın ilgisi herşey çok güzdü tüm arkadaşlarım ve ben çok beğendik yokuş biraz var ama onuda arkasındaki oteli. Merdivenlerinden çıktık çok memnun kaldık yine gelsem orda konaklarım

Kort bij strand

De ligging van het huis is prima, op loopafstand van het strand .10 minuten rijden naar Butrint. Anderhalf uur rijden naar Gjirokaster. Klein supermarktje tegenover het strand (Lori beach). Mooie grote keuken , mis echter wel een vaatwasser. Eigen parkeerplaats.Schoon. Grote badkamer, echter het douchewandje lekt als een zeef en na het douchen is de hele badkamer nat. Wasmachine aanwezig. Wifi deed het niet , maar daar werd direkt een monteur voor geregeld, hierna werkte die perfekt

De incheck gebeurd door een overigens allerliefste dame die geen woord engels spreekt. Dit maakt communiceren erg moeilijk. De betaling kan alleen cash, wij verbleven 4 nachten en moesten dus meer dan €1000 cash betalen. Ik begrijp dat Albanië aan het toerisme moet wennen, maar bedragen boven de €1000 cash afrekenen is niet meer van deze tijd. Buiten erg ongezellig, ongemakkelijke stoelen, geen leuk zitje.
