Accommodation met all our expectations for a family. Short walk from the beach. Shops and restaurants right next door. Well equipped. We got a clean and tidy place.

There was great difficulty in communicating with the owner's representative due to a language barrier. If we had not proactively contacted the host through Booking upon arrival, we would not have received a key. It is a pity that they did not send a prior message before arriving at the place on how to receive the key.

The view is the first thing that hits you it’s actually better than the photos. Quiet area, clean space, and everything feels simple but done right. You wake up, step outside, and you’re already in vacation mode. The host was easy to deal with, no stress, no complications.

Nothing major honestly. Maybe small details could be improved, but nothing that affects the overall stay.

Чудесно бижу в Ксамил. Прекрасно разположение, близо до всеки от хубавите плажа на Ксамил. Уютно, чисто, безупречно, приятна комуникация с дамата ангажирана с менажирането на вилата. Всичко необходимо има на разположение на гостите, прибори, посуда, всички възможни електроуреди, голям хладилник с фризерна част, удобни легла, холната част е разкошна. Надявам се да имаме възможност да се върнем отново! Пожелаваме на стопаните да запазят този начин на обслужване и за в бъдеще! В наше лице имате свои приятели завинаги!
