交通便利，厨房设备齐全，热水很好，卫生良好，WIFI还可以。旁边的披萨店很好吃。房东回复很及时。

Está muy bien reformado. Tiene varias cosas en la cocina.

Que la calefacción funcionaba si llamas a la dueña para que te la ponga cuando llegas a casa. Mientras tanto no funciona. Y por estas fechas hacía frío

October 2025 It was comfortable & clean. The shower could have been cleaner but I’ve noticed around Europe really clean showers are hard to come by, even in hotels. The bus stop was right outside and across the street, which was really convenient. Bathroom was nice and the shower was a full body type which was really nice.

Had to wash towels twice in 4 days. Was only provided 2 rolls of toilet paper for 2 people for four days, then was told I had to buy my own if we wanted more. The house got cold at night even tho it was advertised it had heat. They had heaters but was told they couldn’t turn them on because of an Italian law. Location was far out from the city of Florence and better directions to find the place would have been helpful.
