Well-located, comfortable, the washing machine was a bonus and the air conditioning great. The free bottle of wine and water were also a welcome surprise

Molto vicino al centro (10/15 min a piedi), di fronte a entrata Boboli e vicino a Porta Romana
Disponibilità di mezzi vicino, supermercato e kebab.
La casa era fredda, ci siamo accorti solo il 2° gg che c'era il condizionatore che poteva riscaldare. Usatelo ;-)

Good location. You can take a leisurely walk towards the city center. Not very near but walkable. near a taxi stand, convenient for us when we had to go to the train station with our luggages. The host Ottavio was kind enough to let us check in early. Communication is a bit challenging since he does not speak English.
We understand that the building is ancient, but the bathroom was a bit uncomfortable. There is no lift, so for us with large luggages, this is not recommended.
