Perfect for skiing

Amazing. Literally on the slope and connected to the gondola. Food was lovely and the hotel had everything you needed. Great stay.

A dream location, great hotel! The gondolas are just there, and I loved the set dinner fondue chinois! Was a nice touch!

Enlightening experience even though the weather was not at best

It took some research to understand that access to the property is strictly by cable car, hence you should take in consideration the relevant timetable

Good hotel in the great location! Except a very long wait of the dinner, everything was fine.

Great location; amazing nature; kids playroom and kids playgrounds around; breakfast and dinner are included; responsive staff.

We were informed that dinner time is 18:30-20:00. We came at 19:00. There were 4 dishes for the dinner in the menu. We needed to wait for ~45 min for each of the 4 dishes. The last dish (dessert) we got at 21:20. 2,5 hours for dinner is too much. Especially when we were waiting with a small inpatient kid.

Staff controlling the televesion in our room.

Location is the best! Our room is top notch!

The staff from the reception on our checked in was not that friendly but the other girl when we checked out is better. Somebody from the staff is controlling the television. The volume will just gets to its max which is crazy and when you try to volume it down, it go back up. Then it keeps going back to home. So whoever that is, hope he gets what he deserve!

Very good hotel. It is the best location. Beautiful like my dreams. But I didn't like one thing because I don't eat pork so the pasta was given to me. I didn't like it but ate it compulsorily to fill my stomach

From the front desk staff to the food service, everyone was helpful, happy and supportive.

The value for a single room included a four course dinner and a good breakfast bar. The hotel is in the mountain so you can start your day and spot wildlife or exercise.
