breakfast is from 8am which is relatively late for a hotel placed next to a ski resort. breakfast is quite poor for the price of 30CHF. plus the church is just next to it and wakes you up at 6am.

A perfect place to enjoy your holiday in Swetzerland. The property is new with many new features . The staff at the property were very polite, friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend to everyone and I would love to come back .

Very clean and well appointed aparthotel

Very clean, large and comfortable room with large, comfy bed. Very clean room and public spaces. Swimming pool was great, not huge but I had it all to myself which was lovely. Spa area is basic but very clean and nice sauna. Friendly, helpful staff. Tasty breakfast. Spectacular scenery and easy to reach Lucerne and other tourist attractions in that area. Nice place to escape to for a few days.

Generally a very quiet location except for the church bells going every 15 minutes starting from 6am! Beautiful church but earplugs definitely needed! Kitchen facilities were great but very limited on utensils etc so you'd struggle to make much of a meal beyond the basics. You do need to stock up before you get there as there are no real shops in the village, at least none that I could find in October!

Loved this resort!

Beautiful, large and clean apartments with everything you need in the kitchen to cater for yourself. Set in the most stunning surroundings in a small rural setting but with good amenities less than a 15 minute drive. The facilities at the resort were incredible! Amazing spa, pool and fitness centre. There is also an unbelievable amount of brilliant indoor activities for children young and old. Soft play, ball pool, parkour, mini-cinema, valoarena, arcade games etc… This was so perfect for us, as bad weather set in and it rained heavily for two days whilst we were there. Excellent breakfast, great steak restaurant and staff on hand to help us with a few bits in the apartment whenever we needed. I would recommend this resort to anyone, it is simply lovely!

Spacious apartment, stunning views, good service, comfy bedding, equipped kitchen, spa with pool and children’s play center (to save some time for parents) - this all made our stay super comfy! Highly recommended by our family!

Very nice and comfortable apartment. We have all we need for our stay. Beds are very comfortable and also the apartment is very warm. There is enough storage space and the terrace is big with a nice view. Spa area is lovely as well as a kids play zone. Breakfast is so nice as well. Staff is very friendly and welcoming. We had a lovely time in MR resort .

Nice stay in a modern aparthotel

- Spotlessly clean. Even the table on the balcony was clean. 10/10 - Modern furniture, kitchen and bathroom. Lots of space in the Deluxe Family Room, large living room and large balcony. - Good location near the ski resort. We were not able to ski due to the weather conditions, unfortunately, but we went for walks a few times. - Friendly staff - Free underground parking - Kids liked the swimming pool, ninja parcour, playroom for toddlers. Also the gym is good. Good playground nearby and a football field at the school across the road.

- The apartment could be better equipped. There is lots of empty storage in the kitchen. Would be good to have a toaster, raclette and fondue sets. A microwave would be also very handy for a family apartment. - Lightning could be improved. There are no night lamps in the second bedroom. You can only use a ceiling lamp which is very bright. The corridor is, on the contrary, very dark, you can hardly tie your shoes with that light. No table lamp on the writing desk in the main bedroom. - The beds are not very comfortable. Bed toppers are too soft and bumpy and are shorter than the beds. The pillows are not very comfortable as well. - Breakfast is very, very basic. The price is moderate for Switzerland, but at least it should be an option to reserve an apartment without breakfast. I could have easily organised a similar breakfast in the apartment for my family at the lower price. - Kids are only allowed in the pool before 14-00. We didn't care, because we stayed in the hotel almost all the time due to the weather, but if you go skiing or hiking every day, your kids would miss the pool. - The hairdryer is attached to the wall behind the shelf with a short cord. Very inconvenient to use.

Fantastic value for money, super friendly staff, excellent mountain getaway

It was my 3rd time visiting the resort. This I give 10 points because the spaciousness of the tasteful family room, the very friendly welcoming at the reception from Enikő, and the excellent and friendly attention from Stefan at the breakfasts, ehich always filled me up with positive energy for the day. Choosing the bigger appartment for the stay was a great decision.

Some people could find the mattresses too soft, it was perfectly okay for me. A larger, L shaped sofa would might bring even more comfort to the living room.

Best place for a getaway

We enjoyed the friendly and professionalism of the staff. They went up and beyond for our stay. The bed was the best, my husband, as he typically doesn't like beds anywhere else but loved it here. We took advantage of the lovely pool. I didn't get to use the spa but had a look, and it seemed nice. They had a tea area to refresh yourself after relaxing. Our family were there at the beginning of December, so they have a town tradition to let you know the Santa is coming and to be good. We were able to watch from our balcony the ringing of the bells in a parade like event through the town. If you're a light sleeper, the church bell does ring on the hour and maybe more (unsure). It didn't bother us much, and we were in aw of our room (2 bedroom apartment/with loft). It is away from the town, and since it was snowing, we chose to stay at the resort because we were up the mountain. The kitchen was accommodating my dietary needs. The food was delicious too. Most importantly, they checked if they were unsure. We'll be back to stay. I have nothing bad to say. Great place and great staff!!!!

Perfect location from which to explore the mountains

Location was perfect to get to Melchsee gondola Has amazing facilities for families (ie ninja parkours) and adults (spa, swimming pool). Make sure to build in some time to also enjoy the facilities! Friendly staff New and clean

Our room was very warm and we could not figure out how to keep the roof windows open. The window we could open made the room very smokey - due to a small fire outside the restaurant. We had a large room with many beds.... but 1 chair. Another chair would have been welcome. The restaurant may want to consider going back to basics, more simple dishes and other desserts other than ice cream

I loved everything! 😍 The people working there are amazing! Going above and beyond to make you feel good. They opened up the sauna for us after hours just because we asked. They exchanged money for us.

If you start getting messages to your email from the hotel after reserving with booking.com, don't try to register because it wants payment, but you already paid, and it doesn't let you finish the process. It is a bug on the website, and they will try to fix it soon. The only thing I would recommend is having a bigger sing so the reception is more easily seen from the road. Another thing is that the priest of the very charming church right next to the property likes to ring the bell a bit too much on a Sunday. He starts from 6 o'clock and rings every 30 minutes until 9. I actually loved it, but my father was a bit bothered. If you are a light sleeper, get a room that doesn't face the church.

Worst location. Fake photos. Very bad bedding conditions. No air circulation in the rooms. Desing of rooms is worst

Only the landscape. Neighbourhood is mountain and beautiful. The location is worst. No shops no cafes nothing can be found nearby. The only one steakhouse and is also not working on Mondays and Tuesdays. Never come to this apartment again. Playground is on -1 floor. No air in it. Steakhouse not working. No breakfast options. No bakeries nearby. 0+0+0=0

The photos are fake and shown as they are on same floor of one room. But in real beds are on the roof and not in the room. You need to go upstairs via narrow ladders. My parents can not use it. My wife and 3 years son can not use it. Very big headache. There is no air on the roof where beds were put. Only one wc and bath for big apartment. No breakfast options. No markets no cafes nearby. Location is awful. No funicular nearby. Only you see mountains and small rivers. Nothing more. Very expensive and not worth it. Gym is also very small and not have an air on it

We reserved two rooms one was not ready because they were cleaning it. it took more than an hour to check in and the rooms was not 100% clean. The single room was 100% clean.

A heaven for kids

Kids club was amazing. There's so many things to do so kids did't want to go out at all. Two bed room apartment was so big and everthing looks very new. The beds and pillows were super comfortable. Overall, facility was top.

When i checked in around 4pm, they were not ready at all. Actually it seems they didnt even notice our booking. So we had to wait a while. All the check in and out was done in their restaurant so when there's lot of customer, we had to wait. I could hear some loud music till mid night from probably restaurant on Saturday. But thanks to amazing kids club, my kids slept well.
