The hotel offers a beautifully designed room with excellent facilities. Although the price is on the higher side, it is well justified by the spacious layout, full amenities, and exceptional cleanliness. The parking is very convenient, and the overall atmosphere is outstanding, with stunning natural views that make the stay feel truly relaxing and close to nature.
However, the breakfast experience was disappointing and did not match the value of the stay. It would benefit greatly from more variety, particularly with the addition of eggs, high-quality protein options, and fresh fruits to better align with the hotel’s standard.
Service was somewhat limited, with minimal staff presence, requiring guests to be more self-reliant. While assistance was eventually provided, the overall service level could be improved to better reflect the hotel’s positioning.
Overall, a beautiful and well-equipped hotel with great potential, but with room for improvement in breakfast quality and service consistency.

Great hotel with so many activities for kids that you can sit and enjoy the restaurant while the kids play for hours. Beds are super comfortable and the rooms are really nice and spacious. Staff is always very welcoming which we appreciate.

it has a lot to offer in regards to amenities or services.
breakfast is from 8am which is relatively late for a hotel placed next to a ski resort. breakfast is quite poor for the price of 30CHF.
plus the church is just next to it and wakes you up at 6am.
