Loved the location, friendly staff throughout our stay and the peace and quiet after a day in the mountains. Room was a good size, good shower, overall style was nice. We had a delicious pizza in the restaurant for the night, and then the next day enjoyed the wonderful breakfast (buffet style with lots of options, and we loved that we could order fresh options like scrambled eggs available via the kitchen). Thanks!!
We personally struggled with the bed pillows, since they ended up so flat after a while so we were not too comfy from these. However the duvet was perfect and bed was comfy.

Really liked the traditional Swiss aesthetic of the hotel, the location was great and the staff were welcoming
The room was quite hot and didn't have air con which is fine but we asked for a fan but they couldn't supply us with one

Very clean and spacious room. A crib was offered to us free of charge!
There was no service at all. No reception, restaurant was closed, bar was closed, even lights turned off in the lobby after sunset. No soap or shampoo in the room. Wellness was to be paid (although staff to pay to were missing)
Instead of staff, there was just a number to call someone in case of need. If we didn't want service we would book an apartment not a hotel room. The high price does not justify the lack of personnel.
