Boutique Hotel Balm

My family of four (two adults, two teens) stayed here and it was the perfect spot for our trip to Lucerne. The hotel is just outside the main part of town but is an easy bus ride to all sightseeing, shopping, and restaurants. Breakfast out on the terrace every morning was lovely and relaxing. The room was spacious and well appointed. The hotel staff were so kind and helpful with any questions we had. There is a complimentary coffee and tea station in the lobby and it was wonderful to come in from a full day of sightseeing and grab an espresso to take to the room. The pool area is lovely and includes a spectacular view of the mountainside. We would gladly stay here again when visiting Lucerne.

Everything, it mess like fairytale!!!!

It was 15 min by bus from city center, but bus departs across the street and I think it was even advantage

Spacious place, friendly staff, nice breakfast.

No AC and the hotel did not suggest ways for us to battle the heat wave.

The location was great, reachable with a 20 min bus ride from Luzern. The restaurant is spacious and has a nice mountain view. Breakfast was okay,

Even though the room was spacious, it was nothing close to as shown in the photos. Most of the rooms have view to the car park, definitly not worth the money they charge. When I approached the staff at reception, she mentioned there were only 4 rooms having mountain view and she could not offer me one. There was no supply of tea/coffee and kettle in the room which is provided even by budget hotels now a days.
