We will always remember the service rendered by the host. We as a family of 5 with kids, couldn't reach the accommodation within the check-in time.
The host in his absence has made special arrangements to pickup the keys and get into our allocated rooms.
This gesture we consider as special and we all thank him.
There was no restaurants nearby. But the breakfast provided by the host was very nice and it really helped us to save time and energy.

Excellent. Good variety and efficient service.
Bed had saggy edge and almost fell out. Shower was very nice, but shower floor was quite slippery for older people.

Great location, clean, spacious. On a bus line within a minute of the guesthouse. Easy to get to train station and downtown to Luzern.

The location was good.
The room floor was titled the bed was also tilted very uncomfortable.
