Our host was very attentive. The furniture in the roon and on the corridor included lot of old stuff which made a good vibe. The nearby restaurant which they recommended for dinner was fine (Ristorante Schlössli), as well as their own breakfast. They have own parking place. We had stuunning view from our room to Pilatus Mountain. With the accommodation you get also free access to the Luzern City public transport, which is very handy.
The cows of the neighbouring meadow made a suprisingly long, funny night "concert"... but in fact we enjoyed it:)

Unbeatable location right beside the train and bus stations, providing easy access to the entire region. The room was generously sized and comfortable, but the highlight was the stunning view of the peaks and a glimpse of the lake. The classic, old-world aesthetic added a great touch to the stay.
The property seems to be run entirely by one person, who appeared quite stretched thin. While this is understandable given the workload, it unfortunately translated into a few interactions that felt rather blunt and unwelcoming.

The room floor was titled the bed was also tilted very uncomfortable.
