    The location is very good and the room was spacious, clean. Very comfortable stay and would definitely recommend.

    Unless you choose a room with a kitchen, there is no refrigerator. If you have a large suitcase and want to avoid the cobblestone streets from the station, it's easier to come via the back street (Süesswinkel and Löwengraben )of the hotel. There are about 20 steps from the back street to the hotel, but it's far easier than walking on the cobblestone streets with a large suitcase. You will receive an email to fill out a registration form to check in to the hotel, but I felt there wasn't much point in filling it out. It's a good idea to remember the access code for the entrance door before arriving at the hotel. The doors are often unlocked during the daytime. If you can't get in for some reason, you can also enter through the bar/restaurant next door. There are stairs from the ground floor to the elevator floor, so if you don't want to carry your suitcase up the stairs, you can enter from the back and get on the elevator right away. The back door is locked, so you'll need someone to open it for you from the inside. The shampoo and body soap in the shower room are difficult to pump, but if you close the lid properly, hold the lid down, and turn the pump firmly, it should work. Try it patiently. The rooms are small but have been renovated in a modern style. The location is good. Please drop your room key card into the box provided below when checking out. The room door makes a loud creaking sound when opening and closing, so better to apply some machine oil. The lid of the safety deposit box inside the room opens due to its weight. It would be better to lock it even when not in use.
