Overall it was awesome and would definitely go back.

Absolutely amazing room. Best shower i’ve had! Bed was comfortable and the balcony was awesome with beautiful views over the golf course and the mountains. Staff were exceptional! So friendly and helpful! Breakfast was amazing too! Best scrambled eggs ever!

Not enough lighting in the bedroom area. Ok most of the time but as there were only lamps and no ceiling lights it was difficult to see what clothes were in our suitcase when getting dressed or if we wanted to read.

Bad experience

Room was spacious with open bathroom

This place is everything except a hotel. There is no service after 5 PM, and only one staff member is responsible for the restaurant, reception, and housekeeping all day. The staff were extremely rude. During check-out, the receptionist tried to charge us for a late check-out (at 13:30), and when we refused, she made an inappropriate comment implying that “the amount is nothing for you,(suggesting we are rich )which was completely unprofessional and offensive. We were a family with a small child, and we specifically chose a hotel so that if we needed anything during the night, someone would be available — especially since we were in a foreign country. However, no one was available after 5 PM, and this important detail was never mentioned or made clear before booking. That lack of transparency, combined with the rude attitude, made the experience even worse. Also, basic services that are normally included everywhere else are considered “extra” here. At one point, the staff even told us to “be thankful we weren’t charged for cleaning the room because it’s messy ,” which was completely unacceptable and unprofessional. Even asking for something as simple as water felt difficult and unwelcome.

A Scenic Retreat Near Lucerne

We stayed at this lovely hotel near Lucerne, Switzerland, and had a fantastic experience. The rooms were comfortable and offered stunning views of the lake and surrounding mountains — truly breathtaking. Breakfast each morning was excellent, with a wide variety of fresh and tasty options. We also had dinner at the hotel on two nights, and the food was just as impressive — delicious and beautifully prepared. Overall, it was a relaxing and memorable stay in a beautiful setting. We'd happily return.

The view was amazing and the food at the restaurant was delicious. They were very kind to my child and borrow my son toys. When I was leaving, I found a toy that I really liked and asked if I could buy it, and a kind staff member said he would give it to me as a gift, so I ended up receiving a toy. I was so touched by their kindness that I would like to express my gratitude for their wonderful hospitality. The view of the mountains at sunset was amazing, and the sea of clouds in the morning was also amazing. I could eat breakfast while watching the golfers and breathe in the clean air of the plateau. I would like everyone to stay at this wonderful hotel.

Wonderful stay

It was a wonderful experience . The reception staff Mia is amazing person very friendly and very helpful. She will help and guide you about everything. Really appreciate her help. Beautiful room and the view is amazing. Love the place

The breakfast was below average. And also the room service and reception not availble 24 hour. Only till 8 so if you need anything after that no help.

Electrified vista

The view was superb and the staff even more so. Very helpful in meeting my needs as an electric car owner. They were even able to advise me on my trip forward, and the view I saw there is why I will definitely come back.

Stunning rooms and view, a little slice of heaven

The rooms are beautiful - elegantly decorated, spacious, and wow what a view! Staff very friendly and we loved breakfast and dinner and having the chance to use the driving range with that jaw-dropping view. We were concerned before coming about the distance from centre of town but need not have been - it was very easy (and free) to reach via bus in less than 20 mins.

Could have benefited from two pillows each. Main part of bedroom relies on side lamps for lighting but there was no lighting where you put the suitcases so could be a bit harder to find clothes at night time. As a family of four in one room, the open plan shower made us giggle but was ok.

the location. this is meant for golf players. not for tourists. booking.com should not have suggested this for tourists. this is far away from Luzern and there is nothing exciting for tourists here. the bath is not covered and not at all suitable for families. we had to go sit in the balcony while the family members took bath. because the bath has no cover !

breakfast choice was below average, not much on offer, however we asked for omelette which was specifically prepared and was amazing, no toaster on site so not sure if that’s a switz thing.

A fantastic getaway from the busy city

I loved the views we had from our room. A fantastic view of the snowy mountains. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful as well. They provide free bus tickets for the guests which is extremely useful.
