The view from the terrace is wonderful.
Not much. If I didn't like it 3 years ago I wouldn't have returned this year!

Tremendous views of Lake Lucerne.
Our room although premium was overlooking the terrace restaurant.
The decor was a little quirky and didn't work.
Vinyl/painted flooring!
No air conditioning which was necessary.

Friendly staff, clean property, decent room size
Breakfast - the options for breakfast were not at all good enough considering its a 4 star hotel. No freshly baked dishes, just bread, cereals, cheese, croissants. It needs a very heavy change in the breakfast design.

The location was good, with a lovely view and parking is free and on-site. Staff are really friendly and helpful. I’m not a fan of the alpine style, felt quite outdated and old.
No air-con when over 30 degrees. When paying £270 for a night I dont think that’s acceptable. Had such a bad sleep. I wouldn’t stay again.
