Quiet, clean and comfortable with the nicest staff.

A little jewel in Stans

The hotel is basically at the center of the town, nicely renovated and a super gourmet restaurant - totally worth it

Great 5 night stay!

The air-conditioned room was fabulous during this week that was much warmer than usual. My room was sound-proof - I heard no one talking or other loud noises. Staff was super helpful. The food in the restaurant was excellent. I had the best wurst plate ever - the Engel Wurst. I got it with Rösti. Wow!

I wish we could have stayed longer!

The hotel is in an outstanding location. Great large room -- bedroom and small living room. Right smack in a mountain valley. Outstanding staff who are exceptional.

Parking could be difficult (there are only a few spots) but this wasn't a problem during our 3-night stay.

A gem of a hotel/restaurant!

Exceptionally clean and well maintained facilities. A/C worked really well, not always the case in Switzerland… Easily accessible, free parking. We had a superb dinner at the hotel. The attached restaurant is one of the best in the area. Location is perfect, in the historic center of Stans, with easy access to Stanserhorn funicular.

Very nice hotel, friendly staff, excellent restaurant. Big room, comfortable beds, great bathroom. Perfect choice for visiting the region and avoiding the extremely expensive and crowded Lucerne.

A very friendly, comfortable hotel in the centre of Stans close to the train station

The location was perfect for us, just a short walk from the station and the village centre. The room was was comfortable and clean. It had a fridge with complimentary local mineral water, a pod coffee machine and a tv with a good range of channels including English channels. Breakfast included a good selection of freshly baked breads, and croissants, cereals cold meats cheeses, fruit and many different preserves.

Fabulous, a great place to stay

A gorgeous, modern hotel in a traditional building. The staff couldn't have been more friendly and helpful when we arrived, offering us a secure garage for the motorbikes and letting us into the room early. The rooms were large and comfortable and the restaurant was great.

Excellent hotel with superb restaurant located in a very nice village.

Hotel rooms are super clean, well equipped, a lovely bathroom with a spaceous shower. The restaurant is top, with friendly staff and extremely good food.

For multiple nights, I would go for more space in the room.

The hotel is very near to station, rooms are neat and clean. Room service provided in the first day. The team at the reception were very cordial and extended all help in arranging taxi and assisting in route plan. We had dinner at the restaurant for some authentic swiss cuisine and it was great. Great location, excellent customer service and reasonably priced

The staff were very welcoming and accommodating throughout the hotel. In particular the reception team were supportive in showing us where to park; and the friendly helpful service in the dining room was very notable - cheerful, professional and they could not have done more to look after us. We opted for a meal inclusive tariff, expecting to have to go beyond this to the a la carte menu - but the choices in the meal plan were interesting, varied and excellent quality for the price of the meal. The room was modern, comfortable, quiet and cozy, with everything needed to enjoy a short stay.

Will definitely stay here again

The staff were very friendly and made sure that our stay went smoothly. The location is great, a pretty village with mountain views. The restaurant had outdoor seating and the food was excellent. The rooms were spotless and very comfortable, and had the addition of a Nespresso coffee maker! The parking could possibly be a slight problem if the hotel is busy but I’m sure there would be something not too far away. We have been looking for a great hotel for a one night stop for ages and now we’ve finally found one! We will definitely stay again!

No staff on sundays- hope you have no problems

Location.

There was no reception when we arrived at 3 pm alhthough it was supposed to be open until 6. Nobody answered any messages. I couldn't work because I was not able to charge my computer and there was not an adpter in room and nobody in hotel, This was supposed to be great 3 star hotel but did not have any staff present until the next morning.
