Breakfast was delicious -- a great spread! Hotel is associated with a wonderful bakery.
The tradeoff was taking the train from Lucerne, which takes about half an hour door to door. We did not do much in Stansstad other than sleep there, but the hotel cost was significantly less than staying in Lucerne.

Location easy to find
Parking directly outside
Pleasant helpful staff who spoke English
Breakfast good
Bakery next door very
Room quite small and warm so needed to sleep with window open which overlooked a builders merchant who could be quite moist at 5.00am

Nice hotel close to boat dock and fairly close to the train stain. Their food was delicious. The dinner we had there was the best we had in Switzerland.
No refrigerator. No elevator.
