As the hotel also has some rooms with bunk beds, more hostel style, the night we stayed there was a group of young people staying as well and they were very noisy. We booked the half board option. Food was fine, but there was no choice of main course.

Very relaxing, enjoyable, with great staff.

The room was very comfortable and clean with a beautiful view of the mountains. The dinner was very well prepared in the restaurant and the staff in the restaurant was really great. Parking is just outside the hotel and very convenient. The downtown area and beginning of the hikes are a short distance away by foot through very enjoyable scenery.

We have visited twice and have only had good experiences.

A delightful stay in this smart and modern hotel

Everything! We loved our room, which felt brand new. A great deal of thought had gone into its design and the bathroom was stylish with a great shower. The bed was incredibly comfortable with high quality linen. The views were stunning. We were warmly received on arrival and everyone was welcoming and pleasant throughout our 4 night stay. The food in the restaurant was of a high standard.

Nothing to say here! We would like to return.

New, well built, great location, fantastic lake view, quiet neighborhood, great restaurant and fantastic support staff.

Very good location if going to the Mt. Titlis. I stayed in one of the dorms with 4 other people. Breakfast wasn’t anything special but it had enough options for me since I’m not a fan of big breakfast.

Great location, amazing staff, comfy beds (although too close to each other), reasonable breakfast, very clean room and good shower. Would come back at any time.

Individual bed lights would be great. Acoustic insulation is quite bad, it can be really loud at nights and mornings.

Pleasant

Price for value

They assigned me a wrong room already assigned to someone else. I had to ask and search for somebody to help me. After some time the issue was fixed My room it had a roof window which suddenly made pretty loud noises at midnight. I had to wait until just stopped I know staff doesn’t have control but other guests (a group of kids) made a lot of noises until late night

Perfect location. Room was ideal and the beds were extremely comfortable. Staff was very friendly and welcoming. Dinner was delicious!

the location Wats

The experience was horrible, the worst I’ve ever had. In the middle of the night, around 3 am a drunk men started hitting on the door to the point of almost breaking it, he was yelling and very violent. I had to put the bed in front of the door e wait for him to go away. The hotel did nothing about it and said that it’s normal when you stay in a hostel. It’s definitely not ok nor normal. The front desk laid was really rude.

excellent location with fabulous views. extremely clean. not sure if it’s brand new or recently renovated but it’s to a very high standard.

The room had only one chair, had to bring a plastic chair in from the balcony so we could both sit together. quite specific shaped electric sockets that we havent came across before & we have stayed in Switzerland many times previously, we had to borrow an adapter from reception which had been fixed (apparently) but it was extremely temperamental. reception wAs closed more than it was open. both of our electronic door keys stopped working, when I found someone in the restaurant to ask, I overheard them saying that I was lucky that they were there!!! i then got told off for keeping my keycard next to my phone & was told not to do it again!! staff in all werent very welcoming. i thought it was highly overpriced.

Swiss Paradise Stay

The most amazing view from a hotel balcony you could ever have 😍. It is at a walking distance from Mount Titlis Cable Car. Also have a play area to try table golf with multiple levels.

The Breakfast was OK, you cannot access the coffee machine on your own.

WC/Shower rooms are right in the dormitory room which might be a bit bothering when its full.
