Place with potential, but details matters

The room was big and design was nice . There was a feee parking for guests and a restaurant nearby

This was a place with huge potential but we checked out earlier because the stay was good at the first glance, then going into details- not to nice At first there is a unpleasant smell in the hotel and ventilation shares all smells from other rooms when someone cooks Secondly- many not working things in the room- safe, 3d fireplace and one of the TVs (working but no channels not Netflix access) and in top leaking shower Lastly, kitchen was poorly equipped- not even a cutting board not wine glasses. Dishwasher available but not even a single tablet given to it. Bed was big, but uncomfortable

One of few hotels, where I would really like to stay again!

Super clean and cozy hotel with parking spot right near the entrance. Self check in is awesome - quick and easy, no reception needed. Complimentary coffee pods in the room taste really good. Heated toilet with a lot of other features is a great bonus :D

Nice , clean rooms and comfy bed.

The check in was not so easy… I took us 15 mins to relaize that one of the self check in automat is not working properly. After switching to the other maschine it was ok. But we had no chance to ask for any help there.

The room was extremely well-equipped, including a functional kitchen that made our stay even more convenient. The room was spacious and very comfortable. Although the kids’ bed was small, it still fit both of my sons without any issues. The staff was exceptionally polite and attentive throughout our stay, and the breakfast was absolutely delicious. The self-check-in process was intuitive and straightforward, making our arrival smooth and hassle-free. Having a supermarket within walking distance was also a big plus, making it easy to pick up items for the trip. The hotel has a dedicated entertainment area for children, with arcade machines and games. They even gave free tokens to my sons so they could enjoy the space — a thoughtful and much-appreciated gesture.

The only downside was the Wi-Fi, which didn’t work properly in the room. It was a minor inconvenience in an otherwise excellent experience.

Convenient check-in, top breakfast, stylish rooms

We did a self check-in and everything was very convenient. The people working in the restaurant were super nice. Their breakfast is honestly one of the best we’ve had in any hotel. The room was clean and warm, and had everything you might need — iron, toiletries, and even the smell of Rituals products in the bathroom. Very modern, beautifully designed — truly Swiss quality.

The only thing is that nobody told us where to park — don’t park in front, you have to go behind (the lady from the restaurant explained it to us).

Very technological room and very clean

Staff...there's no one to help out with things needing in th room. There was not enough supplies according to the number of people in the room. Breakfast is poor and on the last day, missing bread! For the price it could be better

The WiFi in room 207 was poor especially the lounge area, I did raise via email and whilst I got a response back they did nothing to assist. Not really acceptable for a newish property to have black spots of wifi in rooms.

A really great start to our 3-week trip around France and Italy. The hotel was immaculate, the apartment was modern and impressively clean, and we loved the restaurant downstairs — excellent food and a relaxed atmosphere.

Amazing place!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Berg Berg hotel, and overall, it was a fantastic experience. The view from the balcony was absolutely breathtaking. Waking up to the sight of the mountains every morning was a real treat and added something truly special to the stay. The apartment itself was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. Everything we needed was right at hand Initially, I was a bit worried about the lack of a reception desk, as the hotel uses a self check-in system. However, when we had a small issue during check-in, there was someone available by phone who helped us right away, which was very reassuring and made the process smooth in the end.

Very nice facilities not too far off major highways in an idyllic village

The hotel was very nice. Our room, while not large had everything we might need and more. I guess it is a spa, because there were nice bathrobes hanging in the closet. The entrance into the room had a small alcove to put our clothes and keep the suitcases out of the way. There was a door out onto a balcony that allowed a view of the surrounding mountains. The water pressure and temperature for the shower and sink was good. The bed comfortable. The toilet had a seat warmer as well a bidet function. The toilet seat automatically raises when you enter the room (wow). There is a self check-in. Fortunately I wrote down my reservation number as I had no internet service which could have been a problem checking in. (Perhaps the people in the individuals in the restaurant associated with the hotel could have helped, but that is not something I would bet on. There is not a front desk for the hotel). Parking is available (about 10-12 spots), but my thought is that a lot of the guest used the cemetery parking lot across the street. Breakfast was good but not a vast selection, though they had warm items (fried, scrambled and hard boiled eggs and bacon) as well as the breads, cheeses, etc. Surprisingly there was no yogurt. Breakfast was 19CHF or 21.5 Euros. It was only an overnight stay so we didn't have a lot of time there.

Guter Kurzaufenthalt um zu Rodeln mit der Enkeltochter

vor Ort dazugebucht, hatte alles Nötige, Eierspeisen wurden frisch zubereitet, Preis CHF 19.- dafür war ok

Leider hatte es in den engen Doppelzimmer keine Schrank und Schubladen, um die Kleider zu verstauen, vor allem fehlten auch Kleiderhaken, um die nassen Kleider aufzuhängen und zu trocknen, wir lebten somit aus dem Koffer.

Es ist sehr schön eingerichtet. Das superior Zimmer meiner Eltern war sehr schön und gross. Personal super freundlich, sehr sauber, gut isoliert.

Der Self check in ist umständlich. Das Maisonette Fam. Appartement, ist zwar schön aber extrem klein, bei Elternbett ist der Raum extrem niedrig, mann kann nur geduckt gehen.

Check-in facile, belle chambre spacieuse et bien aménagée, nombreux meubles stylés, petit coin table/cuisine dans la chambre. Le restaurant attenant à l'hôtel était très bon, avec un personnel accueillant.

Zameldowanie możliwe jest zarówno online, jak i na miejscu w formie samodzielnej, co jest dużym udogodnieniem. Parking był dostępny i bezproblemowy. Apartament był czysty, jasny i sprawdził się dobrze jako miejsce na nocleg. Całość jest funkcjonalna i praktyczna, szczególnie dla osób ceniących niezależność i wygodę podczas krótszego pobytu.

Nie miałam żadnych uwag pobyt przebiegł bez problemów.

Also das Hotel kommt modern daher, nur macht ein optisch schönes Zimmer noch lange nicht ein gutes Hotel aus. 1.Dusche defekt 2.Kopfkissen ne Katastrophe 3.Licht im WC war immer an was das Schlafzimmer beleuchtete 4.Keiner vor Ort, keiner interessiert sich für die Probleme 5.Kein Fenster lies sich kippen, Luft war unfassbar trocken 6. Zwei Fernseher im Studio und auf beiden konnte man nichts anschauen, kein einziger Sender. Streamen vom Handy wurde blockiert. 7.Kaffe auf dem Zimmer aber weder Zucker noch Sahne. Ernsthaft ich habe auf der ganzen Welt übernachtet aber noch nie mehr bezahlt für so einen schlechten Service und so ein Möchtegern Hotel.

Das Hotel haben wir gut gefunden und die angegebene Parkmöglichkeit hinter dem Haus genutzt. Das Online-Einchecken hat gut funktioniert. Die Zimmer sind gut ausgestattet. Insbesondere haben wir im Badezimmer eine positive Überraschung erlebt (Ausstattung). Das Restaurant, insbesondere der hervorragende Service hat unsere Vorstellungen positiv geschlagen: Sehr sehr gut, die junge Dame. Das Frühstück am nächsten Tag war schön und sauber hergerichtet und ließ keine Wünsche offen. Auch hier war der Service gut und aufmerksam.
