If we were to visit Sarnen again, we'd be very happy to stay Tailor Made Hotel Krone.

The hotel is very well located. Ours was a short stay and we didn't have breakfast but we impressed by the room and the hotel's facilities.

We had a relaxing few days in Sarnen

Breakfast was really tasty with good selection of choices. Location was excellent with lakes and mountains round the corner. We cycled a lot, had long walks.

Pricey restaurant but you cannot expect anything cheap in Switzerland

Helpful staff, great service, very responsive and good communication. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Good breakfast. Central location to/from Interlaken, Lucern, Reichenbach Falls area. Also, offers guests card with many perks.

Aircon would be great, not their fault though, it's the crazy weather.

Beautiful place for a quick stop in Sarnen

This is a beautiful place with a great outdoor area. Our room had a balcony with a great view. The room itself was very spacious, I really liked the bathroom. Breakfast is great as well, with a great selection, and the coffee is excellent. And I'm a coffee snob. Personnel was wonderful too, we had a great time.

There was no airco in the room, and it was a very hot week, that was tough. They had a little fan, but that didn't help much. They said that they will install airco next year, so that's great. Another thing is that people smoke on the terrace, and our room was on the terrace side, so when we had the windows open, the smoke would come in.

Good location and comfortable bedding.

Located in the city center, providing its guests with free parking, the breakfast menu items were limited, however the bedding was very comfortable. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Overall was clean and well-maintained facility.

The property had no air conditioners, but this was not an inconvenience, as the weather remained pleasantly cool and the rain brought fresh, breezy air.

Excellent hotel with good road connection to all attractions

Excellent hotel. The hotel is at a drivable distance to major attractions in the Interlaken/Lucerne/Lauterbrunnen region. The city of Sarnen is peaceful and the hotel has probably the best view out of the window!!! We throughly enjoyed our stay here.

Amazing... Everything worked out as expected.

Awesome property at the right location. Train station is 5 mins walk, few good restaurants within 5 mins walk. Plenty of parking space available. Staff was very good and helpful. I would definitely stay here if I get another chance in life 😀

Amazing hotel, kind and helpful staff.

We stayed only one night at this lovely hotel. Location was very beautiful, room was big enough to accommodate 4 people and it was super clean and tidy. The staff at the hotel were very helpful and we really enjoyed staying there, despite the short stay. We would like to come back again, next time for a longer stay. Highly recommended.

Great location and service, but comfort falls short

The hotel is ideally located in the town of Sarnen, close to Flüeli-Ranft. The building is nice, and we received a warm and professional welcome at check-in. The room was well laid out, and we appreciated the espresso machine — a nice touch. However, a few important points prevent me from giving more than a 7 for this 4-star hotel: • The room was uncomfortably hot, with only a small fan provided to help. • The bathroom was extremely small, especially the shower area — anyone over 80 kg would struggle to fit. • The hotel faces a busy cantonal road, and with the window open, the noise from traffic is constant and intrusive. Breakfast was decent but nothing exceptional. On the positive side, the restaurant service was impeccable.
