Location. It is just by the bus stop, calm location.
The balcony was not clean, had cigarette butts in the door blind and ashes by the floor in the balcony.

Convenient and covered parking
ZERO privacy in bathroom! I've never encountered something like this, ever - at hotels or apartments. The bathroom's glass doors don't fully close, there are gaps between floor/door and door/ceiling, so there is ZERO privacy when going to the WC / bathroom. This made our stay very uncomfortable.
These definitely aren't 'business apartments', but more like student accommodation.
