Clean and organized. Had all we need for cooking. Transportation was very convenient, right outside of the hotel.

It supposed to be a queen bed, but it was two sections made into one mattress. It was not comfortable. The pillows were cheap, not really supporting our heads.

Large room for 4 guest. Nice for a short stay with a view on the lake.

The 1 room apartment is located a bit outside the city center. When I first arrived, the room had a slight smell, but after opening the windows for a few minutes it was completely fine. Overall, it was a decent place for a short stay

Everything was perfect! The best part of our room was the view of Pilatus Mount.

The only thing I could say that it was a little bit disappointing was that the WC-door was a glass door that had empty space down and up from the door so it hadn’t noise cancellation. If this change it would be awesome! But it was too little for us to rate the hotel less than 10

Very Good!

Everything about the hotel met our expectations. It is at a great location, opposite to the lake and a park in a very quiet neighbourhood which helps you relax and unwind. The bus stop is also adjacent to the hotel which is a big convenience especailly if you are carrying heavy luggage.

Maybe a balcony for 3 and 4 bedded rooms would be an added bonus. Room interiors can be better. Mobile check-in and door locks sometimes take a while to work which can be confusing and irritating.

ZERO privacy in bathroom! I've never encountered something like this, ever - at hotels or apartments. The bathroom's glass doors don't fully close, there are gaps between floor/door and door/ceiling, so there is ZERO privacy when going to the WC / bathroom. This made our stay very uncomfortable. These definitely aren't 'business apartments', but more like student accommodation.

Clean and spacious

Need to walk a distance from the train station, not that friendly especially rain. Main entrace of the hotel was faulty when we arrived, we were forced to use the entrance from basement car park .

Clean, adequate room but a disappointing stay.

Large hotel style room with kitchenette. Several beds available. Located on the direct bus route from the central station or on a direct train line from the same Lucerne station.

Great difficulty in logging into the app to open the doors. Eventually it did after several attempts but failed on the safe which would not lock. Eventually the suggested keycard was the best option. The bathroom light was on a PIR meaning it turned on when sensing someone and turned off at random but usually with someone in the shower or using the toilet. If in the shower there was no way to turn it back on without walking about the bathroom while dripping wet! Visiting the bathroom at night meant the light turned on and flooded the room with a bright enough light to light up the football field located opposite! Not good for those who were asleep. The room was located on the first floor above what appeared to be a pizza cafe where patrons smoked and chatted which meant the windows had to remain shut! We were unfortunate to have arrived late on a Saturday as the only local shops, Lidl and Coop closed early and were not open on Sunday.

This time thet stay was not very pleasant.Hope we some improvements made as per of suggestions.

Very less parking spots. Had tough time finding the place. Waited for almost 30 mins in the thunderstorm.

1. Bathrooms have sensor based lighting. This was annoying as it turned on in the night couple of times when no one was in bathroom. 2. No latch in the bathroom, sharing with another family member sometimes feels uncomfortable. 3. People smoke a lot in the balcony which made the smell unpleasant in the room. 4. The worst nightmare wad someone constantly knocked at the door in the midnight. Which made us scared. We called up your support and they only asked to call up police if this repeats again. Thank god no one did it again. But this was very scary. Please install cameras at the corridors so that we do not face such a thing when come with family to relax .

Very uncomfortable bed and pillows . I've been suffering from backache since using these beds. Limited toiletries provided, and there are no ironing facilities in the apartment. The location is okay, but there are no decent amenities nearby, and it's not possible to walk to the lake. No access available.

Perfect Compact Room!

With a fabulous view of Lake Lucerne (ignore the sand/rock plant), it was a great location to everything we wanted to visit around town by car. You have to pay for parking via EasyPay in their parking garage. Great space for a couple or two older teens. We had two rooms which saved us from 1 month of traveling. 🥹 Due to smokers at all hours of the day, closing our doors heated the space, but a room fan helped. Got a bit loud with city buses passing below. Cheap wash machines & dryers in the basement were super! Greatly appreciated the kitchenette & new fridge. Warning, there’s a bathroom ceiling light sensor, which is hard to avoid for those dark bathrm runs. We appreciated the hotel - was perfect for us (need AC!)

Okay property not a great stay

The location is good.. Very near to the bus stop and bus no. 20 takes u to lucerne station in 10 mins.

1. The checkin process certainly needs human involvement to some extent. During our stay everyday atleast one guest was struggling to checkin. 2.The property needs to provide a detailed guide on how to travel, the room facilities etc. It will be helpful and the guest won't be struggling to find their way out. 3. The washroom door doesn't hv a lock.. Hv never seen this anywhere.. No clue why this property doesn't have lock in washroom. 4.Also the room size is extremely small and hence congested for a family of 3 or 4..it is however okay for couples or max 2 people.

Affordable and comfortable stay , close to Luzern center

Comfortable, well-sized (for 2) and well-equipped suite, with a small terrace. The hotel is in front of the bus station (20-25min ride to Luzern center), and is close to train station. There is possibility to use fitness / gym downstairs at an additional fee. There are indoor and outdoor parking options for a reasonable daily rate. Everything in the suite was functional and very clean.

Location right on a bus route to the city, across the road from a lake swimming venue, very clean throughout the building including room, entry, hallways and laundry. Check in process was easy.

Close to Lucerne, but far away enough that it is quiet! We loved our stay.

It was very clean and quiet so we were able to rest well! We also loved walking around Horw it is so beautiful, so location was great.

Practical for a short stay

The location was a short drive from Luzern, and in comparison to other hotels around the lake, offered good value and I could stay with my three children (ratio not allowed elsewhere!). The kitchen was well equipped, bedding decent and a hand and bath towel each.

Generally, it needed a deep clean. Although the crockery and cupboards, table and regular surfaces felt fine, the bathroom walls and other areas needed scrubbing. Unfortunately, we had a balcony over the outdoor bar/restaurant so the smokers' smoke wafted up and we had to keep the door shut until night time.

Decent | Ok for families with Kids

Location is good and offers connectivity to main train station via Bus 20. Easy access to floors via lift. Garbage management is clearly mentioned and information regarding the place and its usage is well placed in the room itself. Equipped kitchen.

Toilet/bathroom: The doors comes without a latch so if you have kids around forget your privacy. Additionally the sensor lights placed are sometimes problematic specially during night as it can disturb the sleep of others sleeping in the room. Fire Alarm: Its mentioned that it is highly sensitive to smoke and have a fine of 1000 CHF if it accidentally goes off. This is somewhat off putting as even if you are boiling water you need to be very careful.Again if you have kids around it's easy to get distracted. The check in process: Though with the app its quite modern but the Bluetooth response of your phone itself can't be trusted. I noticed that there was access card which one can also activate but I noticed it very late. Better to have mentioned somewhere as its easy to use access cards instead of Bluetooth via your phone . Rest the stay is ok and under the budget.

The management was unable to meet my request for the rooms to be as close or within the same floor as possible. The unit for 2 pax was at the 1st floor while the other unit for 5 pax had been at the 3rd floor.

Flexi Timings, Comfy Beds, Great Location, Bathroom - little weird

1. Early Check-In & Late Check-out : We were allowed to check-in at 13:00 even though the actual check-in time was 16:00. Huge thanks for that. We were also allowed to extend the check-out time so that we didn't have to rush during the morning. 2. Room - We booked a bigger room and it was very spacious with comfy beds. Having a small kitchenette saved us a lot of money eating outside. The room was very clean and we weren't asked to deep-clean the room before check-out (unlike many other hotels) 3. Location - Beautiful location (reel worthy), next to a bus stop (bus number 20), near to shawarma shop, super convenient location.

1. Toilet/Bathroom- Yes, as most people mentioned, you'll feel embarrassed while using the toilet. The door doesn't lock (for some reason that is the norm in every hotel we stayed in Switzerland), the door is translucent and due to the high ceiling, the door is not big enough to make you feel like you are in a toilet. It feels more like you are still in the bedroom. Which is very uncomfortable when staying with a bunch of people.
