Easy self-check in and everything we needed for a perfect stay.

It was very clean and functional. We had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. I asked for an hair-dryer and 10 minutes later it was brought to our room. Very efficient and kind staff.

Room was clean

Location has digital check in It’s infact not possible to check in without a smartphone. And every time you get into the building and room , you need to use the phone to check in . This was not explained at all in the description of check in

Horrible experience and really disappointing

Even though we checked in ahead of time by providing the required IDs, however, getting into each room and scanning the QR code still took a very long time, especially since the hallways were very narrow for a large group of around 25, and there were no elevators so we had to carry our heavy luggage up the stairs. And the induction cooker in the room did not work, there were no napkins either, and no hot water to shower with until the following morning. The toilet and the kitchen sink did not drain properly, and for some reason, a short circuit happened around 11 PM… overall, the experience was very terrible and we will never be staying here again.

Very clean and excellent customer service. Easy key system. Well supplied kitchenette including electric kettle, used for heating baby's bottles. Close to the train station and grocery store. Lovely walking paths nearby and playground less than a minute away.

The beds are uncomfortable and price for infant crib per day is outrageous- cheaper to just buy one downstairs at the baby store if staying longer than a few days.

Did not enjoy my stay and can't recommend it

Overall, one of the most unpleasant hotel stays of my life. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else.

When I first arrived, tired from a day of travel, it was not clear how to get into the main/front door. This is because the description of this lock was only in German. It would have helped tremendously to have this in English too. One of the first things I see when I open the refrigerator door is the past guest's disgusting old food. The mattress was not really a mattress, more like a foam type thing, the room was stuffy and hot. The one lamp by the bed was broken and not attached to the wall so it felt like a hazard. I also asked for a late checkout and it did not register in their system so I had to have the cleaning staff let me into my room because I left to get breakfast. Overall a really substandard and unpleasant stay. I would never stay at this hotel again and can't recommend it. I guess you get what you pay for because this was the cheapest hotel in the area and it wasn't worth the reduced price.

Hideaway in Cham.

This is a very basic 2.5 star facility, but done really well. Rooms were clean, decent size and had mini kitchen. Bathroom was fine. There's no AC so it will be warm in the summer. Good public transport. Shops are about 1km away, and close early. If you need to be in Cham, and don't need extra services - it's great

Die unterkunft ist sehr praktisch für menschen die eine zweckmäsige unterkunft suchen. Ideal für Wochenaufenthalte und Arbeitsausflüge. Die Zimmer sind gemütlich und sehr sauber.

Leider kahm es schon einige Male vor, dass kein warmes Wasser da ist. Das Gebäube ist kein Hotel und nid auf so viele Personen ausgelegt. Es kann also sein, dass nur eine kalte Dusche zur verfügung steht. Auch nach meldung das Problems wird anscheinend auch monate Später nichts angepasst.

Modern, unkompliziert, angenehm jederzeit wieder

Einfache handhabung per handy mit selfcheckin für mich sehr praktisch da ich immer erst sehr spät ankomme. Eine kleine miniküche hat es sogar in den zimmern und waschmaschinen an zentraler stelle usw, sehr gut eingerichtet

Ich benötigte Hilfe beim Checking das hat wirklich toll funktioniert! Sehr freundlich und geduldig! Für die Kaffeemaschine hatte es Kapseln, super!

Das selbst Checking ist etwas mühsam. Für kurzgewachsene Menschen ist das Tablet viel zu hoch angebracht!!! Schade Frühstücken konnten wir dort nicht! Einkaufs Läden in nächster Umgebung hat es auch keine. Die Anschrift am Gebäude sollte Markanter sein

Pour un hébergement dernière minute et arrivée tardive, c'était parfait.

Machine à café et bouilloire à disposition, très bien ! Un ventilateur fonctionnel à dispo aussi, il faisait une chaleur torride cette soirée/nuit là.

1er étage escalier sans ascenseur : avec sac, valise et ordinateur c'est faisable mais mériterait d’être mentionné dans descriptif. Il faisait très chaud, difficile pour dormir. Et j'ai récolté 4x piqures de moustique (pas la faute de la chambre mais de la fenêtre ouverte).

Hotel mit zentraler Lage im Raum Zug

Das einchecken, so wie das Betreten des Gebäudes und des Zimmers lief komplett über eine App beziehungsweise über das Internet. Man erhält virtuell einen Schlüssel für die Haustür als auch einen Schlüssel für die Zimmertür. Damit braucht man aber auch immer ein funktionstüchtiges und geladenes Handy, weil ohne dem kommt man ins Gebäude nicht rein.

Zimmer ist OK und hat alles was es braucht. Bett war hart, für mich perfekt. In diesem Zimmer zwei zusammengeschobene Betten mit einem grossen Spalt zwischen den Matratzen.

Nachts den Haus-Eingang und die Parkplätze zu finden war sehr sehr schwierig. Wenig gestört hat das Plätschern einer Abwasserleitung im Gang. Zimmer hat keine Lüftung. Registrrung umständlich. Handy muss zwingend geladen sein und Internet haben, bei leerem Akku kein Zutritt zum Gebäude möglich
