Convenient clean hotel

Good location. Clean. Drinks and food reasonably priced for Switzerland.

Lack of ac - rooms are very warm, making it tricky to sleep sometimes.

Location good, rooms and common areas clean.

No air conditioning so had to leave the window open overnight. But quite a lot of noise from outside and the church bell throughout the night.

The Hotel is seconds from the train station, an amazingly practical lower cost alternative to staying in Luzern city center.

A few disappointments and overpriced

Reception was fantastic, I spoke with them prior to staying and the lady was very helpful, even letting us check in early. Various coffee in the room, free water, large bathroom and shower. Spacious storage.

Housekeeping were rude when I asked for milk or cream for the coffee in the room, as there wasn't any. They refused to give us anything, despite kitchen being open. Mattress was hard and uncomfortable, pillows too thin and uncomfortable, no spares in room. Old tv, unable to connect to media wirelessly. Fitness isn't open in the afternoon at weekends and for this price you would expect more in general. Cold at night

Stopover on a bike tour along route 77. Very comfortable first night.

Spacious room with great shower. Handy burger bar restaurant on site in a town apparently devoid of any other redeeming qualities whatsoever! Good breakfast.

Booking.com give the address of this hotel as Rischi and not Rotkreuz. This caused us to do a 4 km diversion and we didn’t find the hotel in Rischi. We notified the hotel stff of this error.

Exceptional

Again I came to stay in this little beautiful hotel, had asked for an early check in and got it granted. In these times where you are more into Zoom than with people, the staaff is so gracious and friendly the room is beautiful and really executive, the breakfast is amazing and so is dinner. A little chat with the servicing staff makes today a success. Thank you and I will be back!

Sehr gut ausgestattetes großes Zimmer. Wir haben hervorragend geschlafen. Frühstück ließ keine Wünsche offen.

Geschlossene Rezeption und Restaurant am Sonntag schmälerte den sonst sehr guten Eindruck und das Urlaubsfeeling.

Witziges Design, angenehme Gastfreundlichkeit, tolle Atmosphäre, perfekte Lage.

Das APART ist modern, praktisch, gut – und punktet mit ästhetisch-modernem Design. Sowohl von außen wie auch innen. Die Zimmer sind geräumig und hell, minimalistisch, schick, modern und praktisch eingerichtet. Dezent – und fast kaum merklich tauchen an den monochrom gestrichenen Zimmer - wie Flurwänden auf den zweiten Blick erst erkennbare Achtsamkeitssprüche auf. Das Restaurant Perron Nord, das auch als Frühstückslocation dient, folgt ebenfalls dem Designprinzip: modern, witzig, gemütlich. Mit verglasten Rundumblick auf die Terrasse und ins Grüne sowie zur einen Seite zum gegenüberliegendem Bahnhof (dessen regelmäßiger Zugverkehr uns nicht gestört hat. Im Gegenteil, eine super Möglichkeit, überall mit den Öffis hinzukommen). Selten so ein exzellentes Frühstück genossen mit einem überaus aufmerksamen Service. Beim Büfett fehlte es weder an reichlich Köstlichkeiten noch an der Präsentation. (Zum Beispiel: eine Wurst- und Käseauswahl aus Kühlschubladen). Darüber hinaus verschiedene köstliche Brotsorten samt dem regional-typischen Hefezopf. Aber auch alles, was Müslifans und auch Veganer mit regionalen Produkten schätzen.) Für Geschäfts- wie Privatreisen geeignet. Schweizer Gastfreundschaft auf modernem Level at its best.
