Strongly recommend - very confortable and nice

Very good hotel, the room is very confortable and clean. The staff is lovely, they also have a restaurant where you can have dinner, and a small gym which is good if you want to exercise. I recommend

I wished we had a king/queen bed instead of joining 2 beds. Or it would have been covered by 1 sheet. Its just my perception though. Everything was fine

Too noisey, won’t be back

Rooms were great. Big and comfortable

I paid extra for the “quiet” room. While it wasn’t facing the autobarn for noise, the outside noise wasn’t the problem. The corridor was the issue. People walking up and down the corridor up until around 1am. The corridor carries noise right into your room. Made it very hard to sleep. I told a few people off at one point as it was 12:30am!

Cozy hotel

Clean and spacious, shower has Good pressure. Good breakfast. Free parking in front of the hotel subject to availability. There is a bus outside to the train station, door to door to Zug around 30mins.

CHF 20 per night for a dog is expensive without any special welcome package or bedding

Staff not nice with no solutions for the problems they've created.

First the staff said there were room service. When requested what were the options, no answer and no feedback. 1h later I called to know what were the options and they said that there was no room service and the restaurant would close at 9pm. Arrived to the restaurant at 8.30pm, restaurant was closed and no options were presented except having no dinner. They couldn't prepare even a snack. No invoice was provided because they didn't have the address of my company, but nothing was requested from their side. I got it later after leaving the hotel, because I called and insisted to have it.

Exceptional stay, manager Olena the perfect one.

Exceptional service, thanks to Hotel Manager Olena. She took care of us during our entire stay. We were also offered an upgraded room and additional amenities. Highly competent staff. Attention to detail, individual care for each guest. Compliments from the hotel and gifts. We will definitely come again. Highly recommended for family travel, comfortable with children. And also great for business trips. Top-notch service, comparable to 5-star hotels. Highly recommended.

Happy stay with usual bathroom problem

Staff and room were nice. Sleeping in was respected.

Construction of shower led to wet bathroom floor. Missed variation of cheese and vegan snacks.

the bed was comfortable

service was poor, the restaurant was desert and had to ask at the reception to order food. I took a typical Swiss dish (röschti with salad) and honestly it was not good! They took boild potatoes cut it like röschti and just warm it up in the oven…. The room was quite cold. At breakfast there were only 2 kind of bread and no croissant. The hotel is a bit in the middle if nowhere.

The best on the area. Absolutely.

The best hotel on the area (Zug). Nice and cozy. Good rooms, quiet and great beds. Good restaurant (a bit expensive - but almost all is in Zug) and nice lobby bar. Common spaces are nice and feeling comfy.

Location is terrible if you are using public transportation. Almost nothing close there.
