I love this hotel! One of the best experiences we had during the stay in Switzerland.

The staff, the restaurant, and the breakfast are excellent!

The minibar seems locked and chargeable if opened. However, we would greatly appreciated to use it just to keep our supermarket items cool.

Pleasant staff, awful location

The staff were friendly, breakfast adequate room clean

The fact a railway track was just outside our bedroom window and we didn’t like the glass door to shower. No privacy even when using the toilet 🥴😞. The pillows were so flat we ended up rolling up one of the duvets to bolster underneath them.

Our stay was comfortable in a clean, quiet and well set up room.

The breakfast was tasty and had an excellent selection of bread, meat, cheese, fruit, yogurt and beverages. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially with planning our trip to Rigi.

Nice comfy hotel, avoid their very pricey restaurant

Rooms are very comfortable, stayed there a few times in the past. Hotel staff is very friendly.

The hotel restaurant food is OK, home type comfort food on the mark. However, the food pricing is very, very high for what they serve - basic dish - chicken filet + fries + some veggies 34SF (34Eur), a glass of nice red Italian red wine 11SF (barely covered the bottom of glass), roughly 1/2 volume of what a glass of wine would be in Italy, Austria or Germany...a single shot of espresso 4SF....Comes across as gauging! See pics of items listed above to get a sense of what money buys at this restaurant.

Comfortable beds, excellent shower, very friendly staff, real Swiss products at breakfast, very good service.

there is a train running at the back of the hotel. In some rooms you can hear this. It was not very disturbing but people who sleep very lightly should keep this in consideration.

Das Personal ist super freundlich. Das Hotel modern, sauber, familiär.

Das Badezimmer ist mit Glasscheiben abgetrennt. Also vom Bett her, konnte alles im Badezimmer gesehen werden.

Hotel, Zimmer waren super. Essen war der Hammer. Personal war sehr sehr freundlich.Vorallem Serviertochter aus Salzburg war der Hit mit viel Humor hat Sie mich durch den Abend gebracht.
