In der Garage sind ausreichend Parkplätze vorhanden. Die gemeinschaftsküche und Terrasse sind geräumig und gut ausgestattet. Neben dem Schreibtisch im Apartment sind coworking Spaces und ein meetingraum vorhanden .Das Preis leistungsverhältnis stimmt.

The hotel is very modern, new and clean. The building and rooms are well maintained and nicely designed. The underground parking garage is also very practical and high enough when travelling with a roof box, which was a big plus for us. Overall, the hotel itself is visually appealing and well kept.

We booked this hotel specifically outside the city to reduce sensory input due to a neurological condition, and we clearly communicated in advance the need for a very quiet room. This was confirmed by the hotel. However, upon arrival we were assigned a room directly opposite a meeting room and on the side of an active construction site, which had not been communicated beforehand. For someone with a neurological condition, this is not a minor inconvenience but can lead to worsening health due to sensory overload and lack of sleep. In addition, it was not possible to regulate the room temperature individually. The room was very warm, and the only advice given was to open the window, which was not a realistic solution given the nearby construction noise. For guests with neurological sensitivities, temperature control is an important part of managing sensory load and sleep quality. As there was no staff present at the reception in the evening, I had to contact an emergency number and choose an alternative room myself, without staff being able to indicate room locations or which side of the building was affected by construction noise. The alternative room provided was significantly smaller than the room we had booked and still affected by construction noise. What I found most concerning was the lack of transparency and communication. If construction work is ongoing, if rooms cannot be kept quiet, or if temperature cannot be individually regulated, this should be communicated honestly in advance. For people with neurological conditions, sensory overload is not a preference but a health issue, and this was not taken sufficiently seriously.
