A great value for money. The self check-in experience and the parking/access to the building were really simple and quick. We also found the room spacious and equipped with all the comforts, as well as kitchen utensils. A real gem found in the heart of Switzerland!

The hotel is very modern, new and clean. The building and rooms are well maintained and nicely designed. The underground parking garage is also very practical and high enough when travelling with a roof box, which was a big plus for us. Overall, the hotel itself is visually appealing and well kept.

We booked this hotel specifically outside the city to reduce sensory input due to a neurological condition, and we clearly communicated in advance the need for a very quiet room. This was confirmed by the hotel. However, upon arrival we were assigned a room directly opposite a meeting room and on the side of an active construction site, which had not been communicated beforehand. For someone with a neurological condition, this is not a minor inconvenience but can lead to worsening health due to sensory overload and lack of sleep. In addition, it was not possible to regulate the room temperature individually. The room was very warm, and the only advice given was to open the window, which was not a realistic solution given the nearby construction noise. For guests with neurological sensitivities, temperature control is an important part of managing sensory load and sleep quality. As there was no staff present at the reception in the evening, I had to contact an emergency number and choose an alternative room myself, without staff being able to indicate room locations or which side of the building was affected by construction noise. The alternative room provided was significantly smaller than the room we had booked and still affected by construction noise. What I found most concerning was the lack of transparency and communication. If construction work is ongoing, if rooms cannot be kept quiet, or if temperature cannot be individually regulated, this should be communicated honestly in advance. For people with neurological conditions, sensory overload is not a preference but a health issue, and this was not taken sufficiently seriously.

The hotel (not sure whether to call this a hotel or an appartement complex) is modern and conveniently located (although a little out if the way). Onsite parking in the covered carpark is very nice. The communal areas like meeting room, cinema, working spaces, gym and roof terrace are very nice. The amenities are basic but complete. There is no staff onsite (other than the cleaners) and pretty much everything is done online and through self check-in and checkout.

Nothing really but I do think there could be a few more kitchen supplies than 2 of everything. You can also not control the temperature in your room, this is centrally controlled somehow (all you can do is open the windows to regulate the temperature).
