Parking

A pool was advertised, but the pool did not have water. Also construction work was going on. I first stayed in Zug at Hotel Lowensee which was nice but no pool. As my kids like to swim before and after travelling whole day by car I booked this hotel because it advertised with a beautiful roof pool

Nice to have the coffee machine, tea bags and a few chocolates

All good but the beds are a bit on the hard side

Way unlocking room works. Would prefer some other means instead of relying on smartphone. Application needs internet connection and login details in order to work. Would prefer key card or pin code instead.

Location is near the train station.

The room was incredibly warm, it was unbearable. The room should come standard equipped with a portable AC unit in the summer months. The showerhead is terrible, when the pressure is high it sprays water everywhere and you need to hold it by hand.

1. Nice big room 2. Kitchenette including fridge 3. Cheapest in the area 4. Easy registration and entry

1. Paper thin internal walls (next door didn’t listen to quiet time). 2. Quite old (get what you pay for compared to others).

Do NOT come here if you intend to sleep and rest properly. It was a nightmare. The entire night I couldn’t sleep because you heard noises coming from everywhere. I had the room right in front of the laundry machines and you heard everything. The walls are paper thin and for the entire night you heard noises of any type. - although I liked the contactless check in , it’s problematic if you don’t have any internet connection as the app needs internet to let you check in - no shower gel / shampoo - lose shower structure - cheap furniture - super small room. For me not worth it for the price you pay. Never again.

it was clean, well equipped, well designed

the app that was supposed to provide entry did not work; I had to wait for a long time on the phone to talk to someone to manage to get to my room; it lacks air conditioning (temperature was above 30 degrees); there was no proper sheet on the bed, just an under-sheet, which was warm and uncomfortable in the hot weather; the bathroom light went off when I was in the shower, so had to shower in the dark.

Nice bedroom, small but with everything you need for a decent stay. It was clean and organized. Close to the city center

I had a non-smoking room, however the room smelled like very dirty smoke. As I non-smoker this is a no-go and should never happen.

2 Parking spots for all apartements. This is not parking included... App for unlocking door did not work, needed to contact them.

Again a clean and proper room with small kitchen, refrigerator, good shower etc. And also the checkin with the App worked without issues this time.

Easy check in, good location. Bus stop was close by so getting into the city center was easy.

Smelled like tobacco in the hallways, might be because of the age of the building

For me it was a really nice experience. The room was really large with a comfortable bed and sofa, and the kitchen was also nice to use (refrigerator, microwave).

It was clean, that was a big plus as it didn't look like it would be. The bed was comfortable.

- I think this place is way overpriced for what it is. I felt like I was on a throwback trip back in the Ukraine in 2005, that's how the room looked like. It looked like an Eastern European student dorm from the 2000s - believe me, I'm Easter European haha. - The ceiling was crumbling and falling off, would love to attach photos but somehow I cannot upload them. - There was one electricity socket at the entrance door. I found an extension in the closet but it was unfortunately short and my Macbook charger didn't fit into it. - There was a kettle and a coffee machine but no socket. :D - The entry to the property could be somehow more visible because when you arrive after dark. it's hard to find. The code only entry with a smart phone is terrible, the lock on the door didn't recognise or find my phone and it was very frustrating. - For what you get, it was wayyy too overpriced. I only booked it as every other hotel with prices below 300 per night was booked.

There was coffee and the room was very warm.

The price was a bit too high as the room was kind of small. But I should have expected that considering the area.
