Exceptionaly friendly at the reception and at the restaurants. I remember Lisa came to specifically asked me if all was ok just before my colleague/son Ockert Loubser left.
It would difficult to say anything specific but the bar areas and the areas in the lounge is a bit to close to each other which makes it difficult to meet guests and discuss some business. But it was no real catastrophe, we ended up taking lunch to escape the noise.

The location was excellent as were all of the staff.
The hotel was immaculately kept
We had a junior suite. The bed, duvets and pillows were great however the only mirror
In the suite was in the bathroom. A mirror in the bedroom areas would have been good. One of the over the bed reading lights did not work and the door to the bathroom did not close?
The purpose of our trip was leisure however this was most definitely a business hotel .
