Exceptionally friendly staff, comfortable rooms, and a warm atmosphere. The Park Hotel in Zug makes your stay memorable

Exceptionaly friendly at the reception and at the restaurants. I remember Lisa came to specifically asked me if all was ok just before my colleague/son Ockert Loubser left.

It would difficult to say anything specific but the bar areas and the areas in the lounge is a bit to close to each other which makes it difficult to meet guests and discuss some business. But it was no real catastrophe, we ended up taking lunch to escape the noise.

The location was excellent as were all of the staff. The hotel was immaculately kept

We had a junior suite. The bed, duvets and pillows were great however the only mirror In the suite was in the bathroom. A mirror in the bedroom areas would have been good. One of the over the bed reading lights did not work and the door to the bathroom did not close? The purpose of our trip was leisure however this was most definitely a business hotel .

I really like the layout and the room was very nice, good location right near trainstation and near big shopping center

was a bit confusing at first to see how to open blinds, but the staff was very helpful and was up promptly to show me what i needed to know.

Parking just next to the elevator on -1 floor (not free) If you stay overnight, make sure to validate the parking at the reception an not on the automatic machine that may charge more

nice hotel, currently under renovations.

The hotel has a good location, the rooms are nice, the breakfast is good, the rooms are clean and the staff are nice and helpful.

the hotel is undergoing renovations, part of it are closed and they moved the breakfast to a different location, resturant is not on site. during the day (pretty early) work starts. if i would have known i would have not booked this hotel. the value for money was not good, it was a very expensive stay

We stayed 2 nights in hotel. Location is center of the Zug. Hotel was very clean, comfortable. Breakfast was the best. They accept bitcoin. Its expensive but here is Switzerland and everything is pricey if you are from abroad.

Surprisingly amazing place

I really loved the room. It was very specious, with a very nice view, the bathroom was big as well, the shower was very good, complimentary tea and coffee, very comfortable bed. The next time I go to Zug, it definitely will be this hotel!

The breakfast was good, but there was a menu where you can order some options and it was disappointing that they are not included in price. I already paid for breakfast and didn't want to pay again for these additional options

The central location. The quiet room overlooking the park. Good choice on breakfast buffet though there was a toaster but no bread to go in it.

The long wait at the reception and the lengthy check-in at reception. The bathroom wasn't very clean. The price. Avocado on toast and Eggs Benedict are charged extra. We didn't bother.

Good for business travelers but not so much for a vacation or romantic trip.

The juices were not freshly squeezed. But we could order eggs over easy and the spread of salmon & cheeses was good.

The hall looks like a hospital and the room rather clinical. The airconditioner was a standalone unit blower that was pretty loud - so we had to balance between having it on or opening the windows and sleeping with the street noise. The bed was comfortable but the noise was overall uncomfortable. Also, the suite came with a kitchenette but there were no utensils or plates in any of the drawers. Also, the pool was in an auxillary building that we never located.
