Definitely recommend it!

Super clean and organized apartment, with everything we need for a 20-days stay. Great and kind support before, during and after our stay. Very good location, close to the main Zug train station, to the beautiful Zug Lake and to the local shopping and supermarkets. Definitely recommend it.

Bad. I don’t recommend it at all

Staff doesn’t know how to explain where is the apartment located. No one helped on laggage. Parking is not free. They clean the apartment once a week and during my stay for 5 days they refused to clean even once. Staff are not friendly.

Functional but expensive

We chose an apartment due to proximity to the station. It was easy to find. You needed to check in at a hotel not adjacent to the property which had been clearly explained when our final booking details came through.

For the money it was a very sparse apartment, no towel replacement or cleaning. The main issue was the pillows were very uncomfortable/flat and the mattress sloped so much we had to sleep the wrong way round in the bed. On returning the keys to check out we had not actually checked me into the property at all which explained why the cleaner had tried to enter our room early morning on our day of departure.

Quiet area, well equipped apartment for long stays

Quiet area with easy access to supermarkets, and 10 mins walk to the lake. The apartment is well equipped, highly recommended for long stays.

It’s not a very big problem but it would be appreciated if there is supplements for rolling tissue.

Lovely modern, quiet apartment in an excellent location

Great size apartment, very modern and in a great location

Could have had a bit more furniture in such a large room especially an additional lounge! Parking was not directly at apartment and neither were other facilities eg pool. Pillows were not great!

Definitely coming back next time.

Very clean and new apartment. Lots of shelf space. Complete kitchen utensils, silverware, pots and pans. Great location with lots of restaurants and groceries nearby. Laundry facility and dishwasher was important for us.

Not a big deal but had to call them to get a change of towel and more soap/shampoo. They did bring it when requested.

Superb

I highly recommend staying here! The apartment is well located, large, and comfortable. We really enjoyed the large balcony and being able to do laundry as needed. We will definitely stay here again the next time we visit Zug.

A few more pillows needed for the bed.

Nice apartments, but pricey for what you get.

Good location for Zug city centre and public transport. Rooms are large and clean. Close to local shops and eateries.

You have to check in at a local hotel (City Garden), but this is not in the booking information so if you don't know you end up quite confused and hauling your luggage about - a lot. Although described as serviced, the rooms don't get towels or bedding changed unless you actually call and arrange it. There is no iron in the room (it's in a separate wash room). Although this is quite common in Swiss hotels its not great for business travellers. The last thing you want to do at the end of a long day is gather your clothes and head of to a room with one iron - especially if someone else is using it already.

Great stay, wonderful location

Location was perfect, beds comfy, spacious, everything in great shape.

We liked it a lot, too make it even better we would have liked a coffee machine. Also we were struggling a bit with the temperature, it was very warm.
