great business hotel for a few short days stay

parking facilities are great, great space, breakfast buffet was sufficiënt. easy to reach, close to city center and 5-10min walk from the lake. easy to make trips from zug to zurich, lucerne and Bern and roadtrips around the lake area.

we had to move two times because of power maintenance. (no compensation or reduction for the inconvenience). not enough power outlets in the room, which is necessary with 3 people. Also 10 Chf for a power adapter (swiss have different plugs than EU) should be included standard in all rooms.

Great stay, central to train station, shopping plaza and lake

An exceptionally comfortable hotel, I stayed here twice during my time in Zug. The breakfast (next door at Park Hotel) was exceptional, as were all of the staff I encountered. I would stay here again!

Expensive, but that is Switzerland in general!!!

Fair short time stay 5 minute walk away from the train station

Conveniently located, very friendly staff, has swimming pool.

Although it is clean and well maintained the facility is outdated as if you travel back in time to the early 2000nds. Electric plugs are located randomly in the most inconvenient places and the TV can only stay on if the central light is on.

Zentral gelegen, gut ausgestattet, Restaurant war auch gut! Die Residenz, als etwas günstigere Bleibe, kann ich empfehlen,9 soweit das warme Wasser funktioniert!

Am Sonntag Morgen hatte ich KEIN warmes Wasser zum 🚿🚿 sehr ärgerlich ! War zunächst - am Morgen - nicht fo einfach eine Antwort auf meine Beschwerde zu bekommen. Abends wurde mir dann, als Wiedergutmachung ein Zimmer im Parkhotel angeboten, das ich, wohl ich meine Sachen packen musste, angenommen habe.

Grüezi. Es hat mir sehr gut gefallen, bin voll zufrieden geblieben. Alles ist schnell gegangen (ich habe im letzten Moment das Zimmer gebucht)! Das Personal, die Bedienung war perfekt: entgegenkommend, jede Frage gelöst, super nett. Alles in einem war mega angenehm! Ich empfehle das Hotel weiter! Und ganz herzlich bedanke mich! Viel Glück! Buon rapporto qualità prezzo nei pressi della stazione ferroviaria

Albergo situato a pochi passi dalla stazione ferroviaria. La ricezione come pure il ristorante per cena e colazione si trova nello stabile adiacente. Ora, una volta fatto il check in presso il Park hotel, viene data la chiave per entrare nello stabile, dove si trovano le stanze del residence. Arredamento della camera un po datato ma la camera in se è confortevole, compresa di scrivania, poltrona, minibar, bollitore, acqua a disposizione, balcone, TV, sala da bagno con vasca. Il WiFi funziona bene, le prese vicino al letto ci sono ma sono sotto il comodino. Colazione a buffet (situato al Park hotel) ottimo sia il servizio che la scelta di dolce e salato. Ho anche cenato a piena soddisfazione.

Illuminazione della stanza debole per i miei gusti, e in generale l'arredamento non mi hanno entusiasmato, ma in generale è stato comunque positivo per una notte.
