A truly delightful experience in a magical location, the hotel has been painstakingly restored in exquisite detail and is an absolute triumph. The owner couldn’t be more helpful, nothing was too much trouble and his Italian heritage reflected in his very personable service. A genuinely pleasurable experience that I very much look forward to repeating, bravo! ❤️

Good location, very new and modern finish despite how old the building is.

Inaccurate listing and messy booking process. I had specifically booked a room for a child and with a kitchenette. Neither the child bed nor the kitchen was set up properly on arrival. The receptionist on duty apologised and said they made a mistake, and that I had in fact booked both. My booking.com confirm clearly shows a kitchenette included and makes no mention of any kitchen surcharge. However upon exit the owner tried to hit me with a surcharge for the child and another for the kitchen. After explaining that both of these were supposed to have been included in the package I booked on booking.com, they removed the child surcharge but not the kitchen surcharge. They have billed me an extra 45chf per night for the kitchenette to my card although I didn’t agree to it. I am now disputing that with booking.com, as I believe I have already paid this charge within my headline room rate on the booking.com package I chose. The hotel is new and they have clearly made some early mistakes when using the platform, but I as the customer am paying for them! They could easily have waived this and apologised for their own ineptitude when listing their place on booking.com but they chose not to go down that route. I don’t appreciate this kind of customer service when booking tiny 1 bedroom hotels for nearly 500eur a night. The kitchenette in question in any case was very limited and not comparable to a full kitchen.

Lage ist fantastisch, am See in der Altstadt, Boutique Hotel, Zimmer schön/modern ausgestattet, viel Charme durch Holz, Balken, etc., Bett war sehr bequem

Raum kleiner als erwartet, Decke ist sehr niedrig, man fühlt sich schnell etwas eingeengt

Sehr persönliche und nette Begrüßung durch den Besitzer. Grundsätzlich exzellentes und zuvorkommendes Personal. Ausgezeichnete Küche. Prachtvolle Sicht auf den See und sehr komfortables Zimmer.

Die Lage in der Altstadt, der direkte Zugang zum See mit den tollen Bademöglichkeiten, die Abendspaziergänge an der Promenade bis in die Neustadt.

War im Apartment sehr warm trotz Dyson-Ventilator in den tropischen Nächten.

Alles… der perfekte Service. Ich vergebe 10 Sterne mit guten Wünschen. Frühstück perfekt. Das Menü am Abend war ein unvergesslicher Genuss. Wichtig war für mich … ich fühlte mich willkommen , gesehen und verwöhnt. Vielen Dank für die Zeit in Ihrem Hotel …

Es gibt nichts auszusetzen.
