Unacceptable check-in procedure overshadows otherwise decent hotel

Breakfast. Cleanliness

I arrived Sunday at 1pm (yes, pm not am) - hotel was closed, no staff there. Without key no entry. Only a small note saying please walk 10min to another hotel to check-in to get the key. But it was raining at 10 degree celsius and no umbrella. No way to store the luggage. So I had to walk with my suitcases through the cold rain to check-in with my clothes and suitcases getting quite wet. And that reception - just said it's hotel policy to be closed during the day when foot traffic is low, nothing they can do. No apology, not even offering transport to go back. This is just unacceptable for a hotel of that price. Room was also overheated during night even if windows open and aircon on lowest setting.

Nothing special, no appropriate values for 1200 EUR for 3 nights

1. Had to extra pay for my partner. Not just for breakfasts, but her stay!!! 2. Breakfast on the 1st day was 300m outside the hotel 3. We were not allowed to leave our bags up to 9.00 PM, only up to 8.00 PM. We had to take it with us (just wanted to visit Lucenre in our spare time)

Lovely Rooms. Take the train from Zurich. Cabs are extortionately expensive

I liked the location, I loved how comfortable the room was and the amenities. The staff were very helpful. Nice little town, the station was closeby, which I wish I had known before traveling.

I didn't like the breakfast. Stone cold and not very tasty. I would strongly advise you to take the train from Zurich. I got a cab and it cost me 260Euros for a 40 minute ride, but the train was 10Euros.

Facilities not in same hotel

.staff were nice

This hotel is not what it seems. There are like 2 hotels for breakfast you need to go to their other hotel and for swimming too. Very inconvenient and they were not beside each other. Very expensive for the inconvenience

Nice forest view

Quiet and beautiful forest views. Good air conditioning and good bed! Spacious room and bathroom.

This was annexe to the actual hotel so for pool and restaurant you needed to walk on the streets to get to the actual hotel. So did not use the pool due to this as I could not see myself strolling in slippers and bathrobe down the streets. They claim room service, but in effect you could not order drinks to your room as this was the annexe. On our check out morning, we went for breakfast and as we returned to the room the house keeping was already cleaning it for next guests. How rude! Before we had even checked out and we still had the room up to 12 noon before check out deadline!

the location is excellent surrounded by greens and metro station is few minutes walk from the hotel . hotel is cozy

-The /waiter on duty on 19th April evening was rude , I was explaining to her about my dietary restrictions and just clarifying further that I have a combination of gluten and lactose intolerance ( because I know there is a lack of awareness regarding the combination, people often confuses lactose with gluten they think their are the same ) when she suggested what is on the menu that I can eat I just asked again that these suggestions are both gluten and lactose free, she kept responding I told you ! I told you ! in a rude way . -to add that when she brought me the bread on the table she did not take it from the plastic bag nor severed the Bread in a plate or a basket , I found it very unprofessional for such a restaurant . -she was a bit discriminative. - Pillows are not comfy need some enhancement . -they kept one soap bar for my whole stay , they even did not notice that sops bar was completely used and that they need to replace it . they refilled the shower gel though. -the bed has some hair and bed sheets were not changed on daily or at least every two days . they kept the same bed sheets for my whole stay.

Disappointing

Check in in other Park Hotel as no reception on Saturday (ok, as it was in information provided after booking) No breakfast on Monday in hotel, my parents had to walk to the Park garden hotel - not acceptable. No information provided in advance. Communication and friendliness of staff. Get often the feeling we do them a favor when I book a room there.

The hotel looks modern and located close to the train station. you can find lots of restaurants nearby.

My room was quite cold. I tried several times to increase the temperature but it really did not work at all. I did not like the breakfast, they actually did not have anything in their buffet. The food was expensive even for a normal dish of Thai food.

Tolles Hotel im Grünen wenige Minuten vom See

Tolle Lage, schönes Design, Junior Suite war sehr gross mit tollem Blick und allem was es braucht. Das Frühstück war gut und der Pool im Nebenhaus super für uns mit Kind. Das Personal war super freundlich und Check in und out super fix. So muss es sein.

Localizado numa cidade muito bonita, o hotel ficava num local mais tranquilo o que é ótimo e o quarto era confortável.

Att komma till hotellet kl 22 en lördagkväll med bokat rim o finna ett alldeles svart och låst. Inget personligt meddelande. Vid bokningen skrev jag att jag anlände kl 22. Jag fick tolka ett allmänt anslag om öppet- och stängningstider. Och vart jag skulle gå - till ett grannhotell ett kvarter bort - med packning. Sen tillbaka med ett nyckelkort o komma in på ett mörkt hotell utan en människa där. Men rum o det gröna läget och frukosten uppvägde något den trista ankomsten.
