I feel I overpaid for my stay. Next time I would rather stay at the Park Hotel again.
Fresh salmon at breakfast. Friendly staff and everything was nice an clean. Wifi Also good.
Inconvenient to walk so far as it was at the sister hotel for Breakfast. Breakfast selection was limited and always the same. Hardly anyone at the desk at night. Feels like it was not good value for Money.

I arrived Sunday at 1pm (yes, pm not am) - hotel was closed, no staff there. Without key no entry. Only a small note saying please walk 10min to another hotel to check-in to get the key. But it was raining at 10 degree celsius and no umbrella. No way to store the luggage. So I had to walk with my suitcases through the cold rain to check-in with my clothes and suitcases getting quite wet. And that reception - just said it's hotel policy to be closed during the day when foot traffic is low, nothing they can do. No apology, not even offering transport to go back. This is just unacceptable for a hotel of that price. Room was also overheated during night even if windows open and aircon on lowest setting.

Nothing special, no appropriate values for 1200 EUR for 3 nights
1. Had to extra pay for my partner. Not just for breakfasts, but her stay!!! 2. Breakfast on the 1st day was 300m outside the hotel 3. We were not allowed to leave our bags up to 9.00 PM, only up to 8.00 PM. We had to take it with us (just wanted to visit Lucenre in our spare time)

Lovely Rooms. Take the train from Zurich. Cabs are extortionately expensive
I liked the location, I loved how comfortable the room was and the amenities. The staff were very helpful. Nice little town, the station was closeby, which I wish I had known before traveling.
I didn't like the breakfast. Stone cold and not very tasty. I would strongly advise you to take the train from Zurich. I got a cab and it cost me 260Euros for a 40 minute ride, but the train was 10Euros.

Facilities not in same hotel
.staff were nice
This hotel is not what it seems. There are like 2 hotels for breakfast you need to go to their other hotel and for swimming too. Very inconvenient and they were not beside each other. Very expensive for the inconvenience

Nice forest view
Quiet and beautiful forest views. Good air conditioning and good bed! Spacious room and bathroom.
This was annexe to the actual hotel so for pool and restaurant you needed to walk on the streets to get to the actual hotel. So did not use the pool due to this as I could not see myself strolling in slippers and bathrobe down the streets. They claim room service, but in effect you could not order drinks to your room as this was the annexe. On our check out morning, we went for breakfast and as we returned to the room the house keeping was already cleaning it for next guests. How rude! Before we had even checked out and we still had the room up to 12 noon before check out deadline!
