We stayed at Hotel Himmelrich in Lucerne and had a wonderful experience. The location is absolutely stunning, surrounded by nature with a breathtaking lake view — perfect for relaxing and disconnecting from daily life.
The rooms were clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The staff was always kind, helpful, and professional, making us feel welcome from the very first moment. Breakfast was also excellent, with a good variety and high quality.
Overall, a truly positive experience in every way.
Highly recommended for anyone looking for peace, beautiful scenery, and comfort. We will definitely come back!

Amazing place for vacation! Super nice location (only if you are with the car), always available parking, rooms are great, cleaning every day, the view is exceptional 🤩 spa is also super nice!
In our first room was broken toilet - water was flushing outside the toilet :))) but the staff was super friendly and helpful, we got free upgrade for a bigger better room with working toilet :)
Also I wouldn’t recommend to take mountain view - all views from the hotel are great but mountain view means just one mountain in front of you (see second picture that I attached), and other view is for the city which is even better we think.

We had an excellent stay! The staff were very helpful and accommodated all our requests, especially a staff named Mayo. Breakfast was great with a live egg-counter and they served fabulous omelettes. The sauna facilities were clean and wonderful.
Great hiking options around the hotel with incredible views of the Alps. It snowed quite heavily while we were there which made the whole experience so much more special. Was like a winter wonderland.
We would definitely visit again!
This hotel is only accessible by car or taxi, so wouldn't recommend it if you only plan to use public transport.
If you are vegetarian or vegan the breakfast may not have too many options for you.

We really like the location, the view and the breakfast.
We didn't like the smell of cigarettes in the room and bathroom, the cigarette butts under the bed, the leaking ceiling with water coming through the ceiling and the poor offer of compensation.
