This is a basic hotel overall, but the room was bigger than I expected, a nice surprise. It’s located in an industrial area, yet surprisingly peaceful and quiet. Just 2 stops from Lucerne Train Station, so very convenient. One thing that could be improved: please provide facial tissues, that’s a basic necessity. I was really glad there was a fan in the room too; without air conditioning, it could get quite stuffy, so that was a thoughtful touch. I’d recommend this hotel if you prefer somewhere quiet and peaceful.

There is no room service available and reception staff is very rude with the customers. Will not recommend anyone.
