Breakfast timings were from 06:00-10:00 AM but some items (pancakes / sausages ) ran out by 9:00-9:30. Could be improved upon.

Nice hotel and near the Krienseregg-Frakmuntegg-Pilates

The breakfast was good. The carparking entrance was located next to the hotel entrance. There are many parking spaces, and it costs CHF 14 for 24 hours. You can drive to another place in Lucern and then go back to the hotel thereafter. You can also visit a shopping centre - Pilatus Market with Coop City for only a 3-minute drive.

Not air-conditioned but a electric fan was provided for better ventilation.

The hotel was clean and convert. We travelled by train and the hotel was a short walk through a nice modern neighborhood from the Kriens station.

The feather bed covers were too hot/heavy.

Convenient for Lucerne

Location is not the best, in an industrial/commercial centre, but we chose here to avoid riding into Lucerne. Train connection easy & quick. Decent breakfast, beds very comfortable.

The hotel offers great value for money. While it’s quite basic, it has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The rooms were comfortable and clean. Although it’s a bit out of the way, it’s still very well connected by public transport.

Great accommodations not too far from Lucerne and close to the mountains.

The location was great, only 2 train stops from central Luzern also, close to some restaurants and fast food. Great Mountain View, and a short bus ride to Mt . Pilatus.

The worst part was the shower, terrible doors, small and water was changing from hot to cold constantly which made showers difficult to enjoy.

The location - it’s just a few minutes walk from the nearest transit station with trains going at regular intervals making it easy and quick to reach Lucerne central. There’s also a bus stop nearby with direct connections to important places like Mount Pilatus cable car etc. One lady at the reception was also very good and helpful. Rooms with views have an amazing view of the mountains. Otherwise it’s a hotel covering basic necessities.

I stayed at Ibis Luzern Kriens from 2nd to 6th April, and overall had a pleasant experience. The hotel is conveniently located in Kriens, with easy access to Lucerne city and public transport. The staff was friendly, the room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the overall environment was quiet and relaxing.

The only downside was the very small shower cubicle – it felt a bit cramped, especially for taller or larger guests. Other than that, everything was fine and met my expectations for a short stay.

A good pied-a-terre close to the city center.

Room 216 was a corner room with two sets of windows, a real boon during the AUG heatwave … with no AC. A spacious and comfortable place to rest after Mt. Pilatus adventures. Easy to get to downtown Lucerne via public transport.

Nice cosy place to stay with aim of visiting Pilatus

Nicely located hotel only 5 min ride frim the Lucerne centre!

They had a gardener from other household working very early cutting trees, so we couldn’t sleep enough.

It was value for money and most important staff was courteous.

Staff was polite and she did not refuse what we asked for. Excellent service.

Double bed was not available and single beds were not solid enough. They were moving around with small push.
