This is a very nice guest house, very simple set up, nothing fancy but the best value for the money. Place is clean, there is a restaurant next door and close to cablecar. Dinner was ok as well . Staff is very nice and friendly

It is at the entrance in Engelberg which maxes it a but difficult to reach with small children in case no car.

It’s close to restaurants (try Burn Baby!) and the gondola. The view of the mountain and snowy trees outside our terrace was special.

Sharing a bathroom isn’t great and it’s a bath/shower combination. The Pension could upgrade these facilities.

A Wonderful Stay in Comfortable, Cozy Accommodation

The location is excellent. The room is spacious, clean, and comfortable—perfect for 2–3 adults and 2 kids. The view was absolutely stunning. Its proximity to Mount Titlis is another big plus—just a 10-minute walk with breathtaking scenery along the way.

Nice basic room, if you don’t expect a fancy hotel

Simple room at a simple old wooden building - but all was nice and simple in a good way (don’t expect something fancy). The hotel staff were nice and helpful.

No lift - If you get a room at the upper floor, you’ll need to carry your luggage up a long staircase. Breakfast is relatively basic.
