We were upgraded to a suite at no extra cost and we had air conditioning which was magic as only place in Sweden we had it. Big room with lots of space to relax. Staff were so good, helpful and friendlyp

The rooms were simply decorated and very clean. The water front is an exceptional place for meals, drinks, or just enjoying the sunset. Perfect.

All three reception team whom I met were very gentle and helpful. They assist me a lot and really respectable team

Nice room, water, tea and coffee available close to reception.
Terrible noice outside almost during whole day due to construction nearby. They started at 7am. If I knew I'd never chosen hotel during this time. Poor breakfast. Many attractions with extra cost sauna, place for rest/entering the lake)
