Really really quiet location, big bed, spotlessly clean room, simple breakfast, friendly staff, accommodating.

We visited Lucerne for a weekend so we wanted to stay for one night to rest.

The room was very spacious and clean. The breakfast was very rich

When we tried to shower at the end of the day, the water was not hot. We communicated the issue to the reception but no action was taken to ease our inconvenience. In addition the view was not quite as much as it was advertised in the booking. (still very good though) The rooms were not soundproof. As a result we woke up when the first customers started locking and unlocking their doors.

The location was out of Lucerne, but train was accessible around 1km away. Breakfast was very good. The staff were lovely. View over lake was lovely. The pizza restaurant adjacent to the hotel was excellent.

The hotel looked a little dated. There was no coffee/tea making facility in the room. Very expensive, considering lack of facilities offered.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had an amazing stay at this hotel! Everything was absolutely perfect — from the comfort of the rooms to the beautiful surroundings and great amenities. A special shoutout to Jascha and Enis, who truly made my stay exceptional. They were incredibly kind, helpful, and always went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect. Their hospitality really stood out and made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. Thank you, Jascha and Enis! I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Switzerland — you’ll be in great hands here! I will definitely come back again and recommend it to anyone visiting Switzerland!

Great location and if you book in time, good value for money (when weather is good).

The breakfast was good, had all you needed but could be improved by adding some extra options such as yogurt topping, non dairy milks and fresh juices, or at least fresh orange juice.

they have 2 restaurants. The pizzeria which is very nice, great service and food and very cozy seating by the lake. The traditional restaurant has a lot to improve, it looked like an empty conference room, tables not set, all tables in one corner and the rest of the big room just empty, very bright lighting, not cozy nor attractive at all, so we cancelled that reservation.

The rooms are spacious and newly renovated. The hotel has an excellent pizza restaurant by the lake. Can highly recommend the pizzeria!

No free parking. The public one has very few spot (but is much less expensive of the one offered by the hotel). Clean sheets. Not so clean the desk. Hairs in the shower. breakfast: cold eggs, no fresh juice, the coffee was not a coffee (still trying to understand what it was). No fresh yogurt.

We stayed with friends and absolutely loved everything! The location is fantastic, situated on a less crowded side of the lake, making it ideal for a multi-day stay to explore Lucerne's destinations. We were also very impressed with the excellent service, the cleanliness of the rooms, and the helpfulness of the staff. This is truly one of the best affordable hotels in Switzerland!

What a luxurious and nice hotel. Slept wonderfully the past few days. Staff were helpful and our room was kept fantastically clean.

We found parking a bit pricey and also a bit inconvenient with the extra key we needed. Everything else was well organised.

Good Location, nice views and gives a very luxurious but vintage vibe. Rooms were very comfy and homelike. Had a upgrade to a Junior suite which was amazing!

In my case the door to the bathroom was towards the entry of the room but the bed area was the complete other side. You had to walk around the whole room to get to the bathroom. Breakfast options felt somwhat limited nevertheless they were good

The property is on the edge of the lake and it’s a very beautiful setting in a small town just outside of Lucerne. It is easily accessible by a quick train ride though!

Stunning location and great staff.

Staff and cleanliness of hotel was superb. Great restaurants linked to the hotel and due to the location being by the local Lucerne Boat pick-up point meant that we could jump on a boat in the morning to Lucerne city and return in the afternoon.

Charging for Parking on top of the hotel cost, which was quite high, was a bit cheeky!
