Bit expensive for a one-night stop

Hotel is charming, good size rooms and nice views.

Beds were a bit hard, the pillows were too soft and the room could not be made dark enough.

Quiet and comfort

Restaurant is quite good foods and drink. Near lake and quiet place. Scenery is nice.

On summer time, room was hot when check in around 9pm. Better to open window before in room because only fan not aircon.

A very nice stay at the Hotel and Restaurant Rossli

My wife and I recently stayed 3 nights at the Hotel & Restaurant Rossli in Stansstad. The room was large in size and very clean. We chose to stay in Stansstad because of its location and small town feel. It's a short train ride into Lucerne and there is even a ferry which docks really close to the hotel. We only ate at the restaurant one night and our meal was excellent. We did not eat breakfast at the hotel.

During our stay there was a lot of construction going on outside the hotel. Of course this was not their fault and they even notified us in advance.

Clear and quiet. Easy car parking .good reataurant bar. People good service and nice. Good view. Near lake

Not enough. Nothing in room. No coffee no tea . No electric kettle.but you can go to the bar. Supermarket beside hotel.

Exceptional

The room was bigger than our living room. We booked a double room for us and our 6 year old, but the bed was big enough for almost 4 people. So for just one night it's totally fine. The room looked completely new and even smelled new. The balcony with sight on the water was nice as well

The blankets were half the size of the bed. So one person didn't have any, or your feet weren't covered

Allocated a disabled room on top floor? Asked about portable speaker I’d left at hotel the previous time, no reponse. The soup of the day was pea but was simply a cup of soup that was disguised with a dollop of cream to make it look as if it was ‘haus gem acht’ , worst thing about the stay was Watching the husband smoke cigars and down his drinks with friends whilst Watching his wife slave it out in the kitchen

very unpleasant. I wouldn’t not recommend this hotel at all.

spacious and clean

light curtains, couldn’t sleep at night. hot room but no air conditioner, not even a fan. I guess the hotel didn’t care. worst of all was breakfast service, this lady gave us a bread and a croissant for two people. I had to ask and it was embarrassing. On our second morning we didn’t know where to go for breakfast as the owner was not notified by the staff.
