We had our wedding anniversary and the 3 days we spent were beyond our expectations.

The service is outstanding and the meals are from another world. :) The landscape in the area is breathtaking and the hosts really go above and beyond to make the you feel relaxed. This short trip will be one to remember.

A culinary journey beyond expectations.

You should visit this place not just for its fantastic view of Mount Titlis but above all for the exceptional culinary experience. Dining at this restaurant was nothing short of extraordinary. We were treated to an 8-course menu, and each dish felt like a small masterpiece - both visually stunning and bursting with flavor. John is a truly gifted chef with so much creativity. Higly recommended for anyone who appreciates fine dining at a very high level.

Unforgettable and crazy gastronomic journey with lots of feelings

Secluded in the top of Engelberg in the last street, Villa Hundert’s location is very romantic. When you enter the building, you immediately feel the owners’ touch and soul in everything what’s inside. What Christian and John built here is truly outstanding. It is a full experience and journey, starting with the accessories in the room, the common living room upstairs, and then the main attraction: food and wine. We had quite a few gastronomic experiences with my wife so far, but John’s cuisine paired with Christian’s wine sortiment topped everything we ever experienced. The ski bus has a stop right under Villa Hundert, so transportation to the Titlis cablecar is easy. Highly recommended for everyone, who’s looking for a unique and special experience, paired with skiing or snowboarding. This is the perfect choice for a romantic weekend. We will definitely come back!

Magical place, we had incredible experience, the food was amazing and the views really gorgeous !!! Our room was very nicely decorated and confortable. The people are so kind and even gifted us some drinks. WE ABSOLUTELY LOVED EVERYTHING ABOUT THAT PLACE ! Just go don't hesitate :)))

Un hôtel qui priviligie les produits locaux, un personnl aux petits soins, jeune et passioné

Nous sommes restés une nuit seulement. Nous avions la Suite Deluxe, car nous étions deux couples. Il s'agissait donc d'un petit appartement en réalité (salon avec canapé-lit, une cuisine, une chambre, une salle de bain). Ils ont également un parking gratuit et privé. Vous aussi une grande pièce au dernier étage pour vous boire un verre, discuter avec vos amis, jouer à des jeux ou même pour lire (jeux et livres à disposition si besoin). Bien que la majorité de notre chambre ait été rénovée, la salle de bain ainsi que la cuisine mériteraient un petit coup de neuf. Nous avons également profité du lieu de "détente" au sous-sol, vous trouverez une petite salle avec deux grands canapés, de quoi boire ainsi qu'un hammam que vous devez booker en avance avec l'hôtel. Nous avons également eu droit au dîner gastronomique de l'hôtel, un vrai régal! Le personnel est si gentil et attentionné. Ils ont très bien pris en compte nos intolérances, au dîner comme au petit-déjeuner. Tout est local et très bien cuisiné. Une vraie révélation pour ma part! Un grand merci à tout le monde! Nous n'hésiterons pas à revenir si nous devions repasser par Engelberg. 😊

Je dirai peut-être la salle de bain et la cuisine qui mériteraient d'être modernisé, mais cela n'était absolument pas embêtant dans notre cas, car nous sommes restés qu'une nuit.

Locația izolata cu priveliște foarte frumoasa spre Titlis. Atmosfera relaxanta cu aer curat. Focul cu lemne la terasa arde toată ziua. Vine un miros plăcut de lemn ars , iar asta, in asociere cu un vin bun si o gustare din produse locale, oferă o experiența plăcută. Personalul foarte prietenos si amabil.

Nu a-și putea spune ca, mie personal, nu mia plăcut ceva. Eu am plecat cu gândul sa ofer o experiența culinara, asociata cu priveliște deosebita, prietenilor mei. Cina fiind inclusă, Unii dintre ei au înțeles-o mai mult ca un spectacol culinar. Prea multa verdeața și prea putina proteina, după părerea lor. Însă aspectul preparatelor, noutatea gusturilor și efortul bucătarilor este de laudat.
