Lovely, comfortable, well-equipped apartment. Very good location. On street parking was easy. Very clean and well-equipp

Lovely apartment with spacious rooms. Great location. Not far out if Bath 9 min in car 30 min walk but right on the edge of Larkhall area with lovely pubs. Parking was easy.

Didn’t bother us but several flights of stairs so not great fir anyone with mobility issues.

Great little stay, definitely recommend.

Beautiful apartment, only 30 minute walk from city. We found parking easily right outside. Host quickly solved issue when apartment hadn't been cleaned.

Wasn't cleaned on entry, fixed quickly by host (these things happen) contacted over two days to request late checkout with no response.

A super place to stay in Bath, close to all the main attractions. It is clean, stylish and welcoming.

The location was great and the availability of parking was a massive plus. The property was clean, comfortable and everything that was promised in advance.

I have nothing bad to say about the property at all, it was super. However, I did have issues with the booking process and received a scam WhatsApp message that claimed I needed to click on a link to finalise the booking and payment. I contacted the owner and confirmed this was not from them. I reported this scam to booking.com and still haven’t had a reply. This is a big deal to me and given the lack of a response from booking.com I am not sure how else to raise this.

The accommodation was tastefully decorated, clean and had modern appliances.

Due to wife's bad knees it could do with grab handles to make it easier to get into bath to have a shower.

The flat had not been cleaned when we arrived. Bedclothes strew all over, rubbish bin overflowing, unwashed pans- and some of these with congealed grease. The owner/manager was unapologetic and unhelpful:”these things happen “. Well, they should not if the business is run professionally. I got the impression that this was a common happening. The flat is at the top of four flights of steep stairs- you need to be fit.

Attractive flat with views and parking.

Great location in attractive leafy curved terrace, with free parking right outside. About 10-15 min walk to Bath centre. Perfect for our goal of wedding at Holburne museum. Easy keybox entry and spacious inside with 2 comfortable bedrooms and light-filled living room.

Kitchen was well equipped. Conformable lounge suite. Good heating. Towels were good size.

Didn't realise it was up 3 flights of stairs. Not practical for some. The fridge was not on when we arrived.

Great location, homely flat

Love how homely this apartment was, and the location was perfect. And had all the essentials amenities in it .

There were a few things that we didn’t like 1.you can hear people in the other flats around you & this did disturb us on our last day. 2. Being that this in an old building, a second floor flat there were more stairs than we thought. More like 4th floor 3. Do you need a small car as the parking is very tight, and for the brave drivers.

Comfortable & Clean 2 night stay in large flat close to the City

Comfortable large 2 bedroom flat with on street tight parking. Close to City with bus stop and supermarket close by.

Arrived to find refrigerator not working on a 27 degree day with a car fridge in entrance! Had to ring to find out what was happening, all in all no communication from host until I was trying to follow up. Yes these things happen but it would have been nice to have been aware and then kept updated as what was happening. Someone did knock on our door next night after 7pm to bring a new small fridge/freezer without our knowledge. By the time it was plugged in and got cold enough we were tucked into bed and leaving the next morning. Apologies were given in a snide way too unfortunately, no one turned up with a cold water or ice which would have been a more sincere apology.

Number one place to stay in Bath!

Convenient location with easy bus links to the centre, very clean and well kept, prompt responses from the hosts whenever we needed anything. Walking distance to supermarket and free parking too which is incredibly convenient. Tasteful furniture, extra touches and facilities included and beds were super comfortable with stunning views from the bedrooms and living room. Modern finish to bathroom and kitchen in particular. Homely and spacious. Would definitely come back here to stay again when in the area, certainly over a hotel any day.

Very minor things but the pots and pans stick so food got burnt on them easy even while adding oil and took time to scrub them clean. A shame we won’t be able to bring elderly relatives due to lack of lift access but can’t be helped.

Nice apartment in adequate location. Pity male host made us feel unwelcome

We were unable to open key box to collect keys. The male host was impolite and made out it was our problem before reluctantly getting his partner female host to meet us at the property. The female host was apologetic and polite.

It's spacious and well facilitated.

Better inform us in advance which floor the apartment is on. Need a chair for the desk in each bedroom. The bathroom door needs a simple shut.

will only return if its a sunny weekend

photos matched the apartment. there was lots of space and felt very safe.

the weekend we went it was wet and cold and these buildings are not the most insulated. the guidebook/guest book said the hosts had selected the appropriate temperature but could be manually overridden. we did not see this option and touching the heaters in each room i don't think any were switched on. i know its expensive to run heating via electric heaters but when your paying over 500 quid for two nights i think its fair to expect to return to a warm flat. in hindsight perhaps we should of called the host.

Beautiful place to stay

very nice furnished apartment with good location, clean, free Peking and everything we need for a our stay. it was plenty of space for family of four. property manager was communicative and didn’t have any issue of getting in the apartment. loved our stay in this property.
