Location, peace and quiet. Bedroom downstairs very cool in the heat!
Mattress not very comfy, duvet very thick and no alternative thin sheet in this heat.

Tranquil location but still close to centre. Especially loved the free morning boat trip to centre of bath and the free hour’s boat hire.

If I could mark higher for location I would! Very beautiful, quiet, clean and comfortable, in well-cared-for grounds with two pleasant 15min walks to the centre of Bath or a lovely boat ride in from the grounds. Bathwick Boatman was closed for parties when we wanted to go there, but we were more than happy with service at the Curfew, a ten minute walk away, where they’d usually serve food (but not that day) so staff gave us a choice of takeaway places - we chose pizzas from Avellinos the proper Italian deli across the road, and took them in.
Nothing to dislike.
