The views from the rooms and quiet environment

There is only one washroom; and the toilet is a staircase up, difficult for old people to handle; Heating is fixed at 22 degrees and for increase additional charge is expected. This was not disclosed at the time of booking. Sofa is desperate need of repair or replacement; Cobwebs and overall cleanliness needs to be taken care of.

We would definitely stay again.

The property was beautiful & in a wonderful location. The decor was lovely. The light due to large windows (& especially the double aspect windows in the living room) were wonderful. The shower was also really lovely & my partner said the bath was large (he is 6ft 4) & spacious. I slept on the top floor & the view from my room was stunning.

If we were staying there again (& we would) I’d hope a new sofa would be purchased as it wasn’t the most comfortable.

Good

Lovely views, clean and comfortable in the house, we enjoyed our weekend.

We were disappointed with the sun terrace didn't realize it was so near the street and thought it would be more private. The view behind was good although partly obscured with trees/bushes, but the main view was garage doors, cars and bins. The seating area was unappealing and could have done with a new table and chairs. Dried birds mess on the table, a broken chair and the terrace and front path could do with a brush and wash.

The apartment was clean, with a lot of space, in a quiet area.

Deposite 400 GBP and payment back. It is fine to have it, but the amount is bigger than payment for one night. Free parking is on the street, you need to have a patience to find place, iy is not guaranteed.

Relaxing weekend, great views, comfortable accommodation and close to town.

The property is well maintained, very clean. The beds were really comfortable, the views are amazing and it’s close to town. We have had a great time. Thank you!

Location, view, space. Beds comfortable with good bedding. very clean.

Kitchen equipment too basic to prepare a meal for 5 - had to use the wok as no pan was big enough to cook spaghetti. It is a lovely house but cheaply decorated with inadequate and uncomfortable seating in the lounge. It felt like a newly decorated student residence.

Beautiful accommodation

The accommodation was beautiful inside. Very spacious and roomy. The views from the windows at the back are breathtaking.

The Appliances need instructions. It could do with 2 toilets in the property. Also Taxis did not like coming to the road

Brilliant views with a spacious well positioned 3 bedroom. Homely, relaxing and great value.

Very spacious property, amazing views as advertised, comfy beds, plenty of hot water, thoughtful touches like bathroom supplies, cleaning products and clear instructions. Kitchen is modern and well equipped. Attentive and considerate host!

The TV was very temperamental. Sometimes not switching on for over 40mins of trial and error....unplug, switch on /off, wait, re-load. Just not sure why as the wifi was excellent. We battled daily with it and no rhyme or reason why it would start immediately or not start for ever??? I think maybe a receiver issue from the router box??? There were no bins in the bedrooms which was minor but an easy fix. We were expecting a washer dryer or tumble dryer but we managed with the drying rack. I wonder what it would be like during the winter months though. Would have loved a coffee machine but that is just being spoilt!! Hated the walk up the hill! Luckily lots of places deliver hahahaha.

Superb

I loved this place. The view was really beautiful, nice area very quiet. Good size bedrooms with comfy beds, everything was clean, very good size living room and kitchen. its not far from the center. there is a bus stop near by. We loved walking around the area near the property, so beautiful. The host always replied back very fast and was was very helpful.

I didn't like that there wasn't a sink to wash our hands in the toilet room, there was just a toilet and in the bathroom there wasn't a toilet just shower/bath and sink. another think wasn't a deal breaker and I would totally stay there again, but walking back from the center was tiring for my kids walking uphill.

El alojamiento es muy cómodo, con una cocina muy práctica, los dormitorios grandes y bien distribuidos en los 3 pisos, la vista es inmejorable de la ciudad, muy luminoso y soleado, su ubicación era cómoda y había comercio variado muy cerca. El centro de la ciudad esta a una distancia caminable. Muy tranquilo el barrio.

Mooi huis en uitzicht

Ruim huis met goede slaapkamers, mooi uitzicht over de stad. Wordt zeer gewaardeerd dat de eigenaar een gastenparkeervergunning heeft kunnen regelen.

De bedden liggen goed, maar voor lange mensen aan de korte kant. Twijfelaar. In de beschrijving stond dat er 2 wc's waren, maar dat blijkt niet zo te zijn. De kleine buitenruimte was een teleurstelling. Naast de vuilnisbakken en direct naast het voetpad.
