The size of the bedroom and living room together with the beautiful architecture of the interior
The kitchen and Bathroom require a re-vamp as they are very tired. The furniture also could be better, it looked like they had combined random furniture from different houses and put it all together.

Fabulous find! Spacious and quiet apartment with lots of light from big windows. Bathroom a little dated (but still comes with a bath – a luxury). Only a few minutes from a bus stop with lots of buses into the city centre (or walk the pretty canal path instead, via the Holburne Museum, into Pulteney Street). About ten minutes stroll to supermarkets and to Larkhall shops. Good comms throughout. Thoroughly recommended!
Only small things : very limited parking on the street in an area where anyone with a large vehicle will possibly have problems, neighbours in a nearby shelter could be rowdy in their garden, one of the sofa throws made us sneeze...

10 minute drive into Bath. Good sized main rooms. Traditional Bath building.
It's very basic and very tired, bedding and towels are very old, we ended up buying towels and requested better pillow cases. The bathroom tiny but adequate. The bed cheap and not that comfy. Parking was not available as stated, it's busy at times. It's clean, organised well, and, well, it's ok. It felt life a mismatched student digs. We won't go again.
