Fantastic, Spacious 2 Bedroom Apartment in Converted Chapel

Both bedrooms had ensuite bathrooms. Quiet within building. Spacious. Walking distance to city centre. Felt safe. Clean and well decorated.

Instructions for using oven would have helped. No extractor fan in bathrooms. No hooks on doors, bedroom and bathroom, to hang towels and clothes. No welcome hamper.

The place is very spacious, with 2 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a living room with a kitchenette. It's very quiet too and having a private parking spot is a must in Bath. You can quickly walk to the downtown area for tourism, eating out of shopping. Everything is clean and in good shape. The washing machine and dishwasher make the stay even more comfortable.

Unloading and parking not the easiest

It was clean and nicely decorated with a designated parking space and a good location, being a 15 ish minute walk into town.

We struggled to get into Flat 1, the instructions could have been much clearer (need to use a fob to open an external door to get into the building). Called the number and was sent a link which helped to get into the building. The door handle jammed on one of the bedrooms so we couldn't get to my Mum's stuff, called the help number and were requested to send an email of the door handle, waited an hour and called again and sent the photo again. I think it was a call centre in India, I spoke to a very rude woman who explained that she couldn't help me until she knew what sort of handle was on the door! All very frustrating, finally got a call back and a chap arrived and fixed the faulty handle, but stress I could well have done without!
