Fantastic, Spacious 2 Bedroom Apartment in Converted Chapel

Location and clean!

Location was on a busy road but we could not hear any noise in the apartment. There are regular buses into the centre of Bath if you can’t or don’t want to walk the 20 minutes it takes. It was easy to find (though didn’t look like the pictures on Booking.com) and key box worked well. As others have commented, the front door to apartment needs a very firm pull/push to be able to lock it. Plenty of towels provided. Nice to have the en-suites.

Only small thing would be hanging hooks, nowhere to hang towels or wash bag or dressing gown in bedroom or bathroom. No hooks in hallway for coats. No real space in the hall cupboard for coats. Too many emails!🤪

Every thing was good very modern and clean

Needed a earlier check in time Also wasn’t informed about how to to get in to the car park until I messaged them

It was clean and nicely decorated with a designated parking space and a good location, being a 15 ish minute walk into town.

We struggled to get into Flat 1, the instructions could have been much clearer (need to use a fob to open an external door to get into the building). Called the number and was sent a link which helped to get into the building. The door handle jammed on one of the bedrooms so we couldn't get to my Mum's stuff, called the help number and were requested to send an email of the door handle, waited an hour and called again and sent the photo again. I think it was a call centre in India, I spoke to a very rude woman who explained that she couldn't help me until she knew what sort of handle was on the door! All very frustrating, finally got a call back and a chap arrived and fixed the faulty handle, but stress I could well have done without!
