Great location and a very cosy atmosphere. Plenty of space for 4 adults sharing. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking and there is a big Sainsburys close by in case you don't want to eat out. It's an older building and the bedrooms have a bit of noise from the road outside if you are a sensitive sleeper, but the host left good earplugs in all the bedrooms, so I slept well.
We were in a rush to go out and discovered that there's not enough water pressure in the upstairs shower when someone is in the downstairs shower. So once we knew this, we could better coordinate and then it was no problem.

Close to Bath central only 5 min walk to car, supermarket around corner.
Would have been nice to informed of all the stairs just had major knee surgery so very difficult with all the stairs.
