Location was great, close to train station, town and nice grocery store. Good sized flat for family of 5. Comfortable seating area and nice fans in every room. Very responsive and hospitable host. The breakfast basket was a nice touch as was the ability to save some money by paying for the balance with cash instead of credit card. My daughter was thrilled about the ice cube trays (another nice touch!) We made as much as ice as possible and kept them in a bowl so she can have her ice water.
The room fits 5 comfortable but it's hard to cook for our family of 5 with the cookware provided. 1 large pot would be a nice addition, as we had to have 2 smaller pots going for boiling pasta. But it would take a very long time for water to boil in a large pot on that cooktop, as it's a little weak. I also suggest replacing the frying pans.

Close to Bath central only 5 min walk to car, supermarket around corner.
Would have been nice to informed of all the stairs just had major knee surgery so very difficult with all the stairs.
