Host is very responsive and takes action immediately. We arrived during a heatwave, we requested for a fan and it was resolved as soon as possible. We also faced an issue with pest which was immediately dealt with by the host on the same day. Cleaning materials are available, suitable for long stays. Less than 10 mins walk to city center and it's near to the supermarket.

Both the sofas are not comfortable to sit on and are very worn in. The windows needs some repairs. Noisy vehicles sometimes pass by during late night and birds are very active during very early mornings.

Location is very convenient. The host is very friendly and kind.

Great location. Lovely apartment- spacious, clean, comfortable beds, good showers. Instructions to get in were clear and easy.

This is the only place I’ve ever stayed anywhere in the whole world in all my years that doesn’t provide the bare minimum! Even £16 a night hostel accommodation! No teabags, washing liquid, shower gel or even handwashing/soap. At the price I paid I would have expected these. But if it isn’t possible, I’d rather you add £5 and provide them. Just 4 teabags- I’m not expecting an entire pack, but something for that 1st cuppa after a long day of travel! And soap and shower gel is really expected. You can get them for as little as 29p at B&M- it’s not about the money, it’s the convenience. Also- why no full length mirror? I would like to meet any human who doesn’t wish to look at their outfit before they go out? Again- you can get a good, sturdy full length mirror for £16 from Amazon! This is also the only place I have ever stayed that I didn’t wash all my dishes before I left- partly because NO washing up liquid, sponge or cloth, but also because I felt put out about the lack of the things I have mentioned.

It was in a good location, within walking distance of the centre.

It could do with a deep clean. Fluff and dust present. Sinks needed cleaning. Kettle needs descaling. Beds were noisy and uncomfortable.
