Perfect for a short break

Lots of space to move around in, very clean and welcoming. They had even put up a Christmas Tree which was unexpected and a real treat.

City centre stay.

Great city centre location. Small rooftop terrace was great to sit out in the evening for up to about 4 people. Very clean and well supplied kitchen. Free parking space is an easy 5 minute walk away.

3 of the bedrooms are in the basement without views, but they were very clean and comfortable.

Decor was nice, location perfect. Nice to have the whole space to ourselves.

Couldn’t access the terrace garden, door is unable to open due to frame above too low. Neighbours can use it though and left litter there, felt like a lack of privacy then. Downstairs bathroom extractor fan doesn’t work. Staff tried to change the bed arrangement and charge us £50 extra for bed linen, they did waive the charge after I showed this was not what the listing said on booking.com. Bin Lorries arrive at 5am every day directly outside the bedroom windows.

One bathroom was out of order, but we were informed in advance - and still had two! 10am checkout was a bit early for us, but was clear in the T&Cs

Great location, exceptional value and specification - will use again!

Exceptional property, well appointed and spotlessly clean in a great central location. We very much enjoyed our stay and found the owners really easy to deal with in terms of access and responsiveness to messages - I would definitely look to use again on future visits to Bath!

Very nice apartment. Great location, you are literally minutes from the city centre, but it's quiet at night. Although we didn't need to, we could contact Carol if we needed anything. Would highly recommend!

Cute and inside city center

The apartment is absolutely cute! Clean and very nice. It is in the center of Bath and it is very easy to visit the whole city from it! The entrance instructions were clear and easy thanks to Elmira. I would repeat here without a doubt!

Great location and plenty of space for 8 people to stay comfortably. Well decorated and very clean.

Had a bit of trouble with hot water which was disappointing but that was the only issue!

Lage super. Zimmer im UG nur eingeschränkt ok.

Lage perfekt, wenige Gehminuten zum Zentrum. Das Doppelzimmer mit Bad im OG war auch sehr schön. Man kann es mit einem hellen Rollo und einem dünnen Vorhang etwas abdunkeln. Der Aufenthaltsraum und die Küche waren gut ausgestattet.

Dass 3 Zimmer im Keller liegen und keine „richtigen“ Fenster haben, hätte in der Beschreibung erwähnt werden müssen. Im Zimmer zur Straße hin lässt sich das Fenster nicht öffnen und nicht verdunkeln. Die Fenster in den beiden Zimmern, die nach hinten raus liegen, sind nur von sehr, sehr großen Personen zu betätigen und man kann nicht hinausschauen. In dem einen Zimmer ist das Fenster zudem sehr klein. Vor der Ankunft wurden wir aufgefordert uns zu entscheiden, ob wir zwei Doppelzimmer oder Ein Doppelzimmer und zwei Einzelbetten (in einem oder zwei Zimmern war unklar) haben möchten. Wir wiesen darauf hin, dass wir die ganze Unterkunft gebucht hatten und alle vier Zimmer nutzen wollen. Das war dann ok.
